I did my weekly shopping here yesterday for the first time ever, as I am moving as much of my grocery budget as possible away from King Soopers. I found this store to be clean, organized, and the staff helpful. I located every item on my list, and was assisted in locating one item. The Deli area was amazing, and Jim in that area went out of his way to see that I received my order exactly as requested. Store manager Ken spent several minutes with me at the end of my shopping, and I felt appreciated. Today I had need to return one item, and was assisted quickly and graciously - with an apology from the customer service area. I'll be making the drive from the southside to Pueblo West for the foreseeable future.

Love their claw machine!! Packed well enough to defeat most challengers, provide a challenge to experienced players, and most importantly all the prizes are winnable given the machine parameters

They seem to always be out of sale items. Albertsons just a few miles east on 50 has most things in stock

It is posted on Google that Western Union in this specific Safeway closes at 8 o'clock not only did I rush to get here in time but was out of gas and that's why it was so dire that I got my money just to get inside and be told that customer service closes at 7 None of the workers seem to even know anything about Western Union and if it did close at 7 or 8 But they knew their manager cannot do anything to help me with my situation. When I told a manager that they need to update their information on Google she was extremely rude and sarcastic and said sure I will get right on that. I was in stuck in my car for over an hour freezing because it was snowing outside and I'd and had to find another way to get my money because Safeway at inaccurate information on the Internet

Some good deals on just for u app the variety is much more then smaller Safeway's . I like how they have $5 dollar sushi on Friday's but it's not the fancy rolls or specialty.

I enjoy the store and shop there regularly, but this location is inconsistent with the State of Colorado's mandatory mask order. I shouldn't have to enter an unsafe environment because management is not fully committed to protecting all customers and the staff.

I am old enough to shop during Old People Hours, and smart enough to know that having old people hours on the last day of the "grocery week" is age discrimination. Poorly stocked, long lines when I came in about 8 am. You should do better.

Store is cleaner than others, so not that bad. Some people in service deli don't want to help you. They see you standing there waiting but just look away pretending they didn't see you. Overall it's not a bad store.

Crowded aisles and low choice selections. Would expect a bigger store servicing this huge populated area. Checkers are usually talking w/the sacker or another co-worker standing around instead of the customer. I rarely get thanked but just handed my receipt while the checker's still looking away and jabberjawing w/a co-worker instead. I've smiled and said "you're welcome" a couple of times but wasn't even heard. I'm invisible there. No one cares. If an employee passes by, they always rush past w/no eye contact and I get the feeling they don't want to be stopped and be asked where some item is. If you're fine w/all that then it's the store for you to continue to spend your money at. I'm probably spoiled tho from moving here from another state w/a wide choice of 7 excellent grocery stores near my house for the past 20 years and just took that for granted that at least one existed here.

Not as clean and well stocked as it used to be - kind of gone down hill over the past couple of years. Produce department used to have a wonderful organic section. The seating area by Starbucks is always dirty. Used to be a nice place to shop. The old time employees are still very friendly. But the employees that transferred from the 2 closed Safeway stores in Pueblo- well, let's just say, some of them-not all of them- brought their "attitude" with them. I hope this helps them improve and get back to being a great store.
