The manager on duty Monday January 13th was extremely rude to a few customers including me using a condensending tone. She was very rude towards me over touching a beef jerky display that I was looking at. She ignored a custom who was needing assistance.

This used to be a good location to go to considering it's very close to where I live but God forbid if there is an online order that pops in as soon as you walk in because the workers will only be fixated on getting that order done even if you're completely ready to be checked out on top of all this this location is plagued by homeless and fiends you barely pull in and they are all clustered around the patio blocking the entrance you can't even walk in first before you get bothered for change or cigarettes or something else there's just a lot of sketchy people that hang around this area and it's a shame that the workers cannot chase them off either because they're scared or they have done that but the police won't do nothing about it I went in and there were three people kind of walking around shuffling in their pockets I had one thing in my hand ready to be checked out and the one worker is just doing all the online orders there were more that were popping in and instead of just putting those on a hold for a couple of seconds he decided just to continue doing those online orders I used to like going in here but since the whole issue of weirdos and sketchy people hanging around the front door I don't even bother to go in or even want to go in there anymore there's another location that's practically right down the street I think I'll just go there from that point on

Always go here Every day for the same wings. When they are busy it sometimes takes 5 min to cook if needed. I stoped in just now and someone ive never seen in there tells me oh its gonna be 15 min if i want fresh wings...NOT a single soul other than me and him in the store...I calmly say Bro i come here every single day and it takes 2 minutes to cook. He said yea but it may take me 13 min to put them in the oven..at this point im feeling like he is thinking im an idiot...He went on asking me if i had a problem and i said yes i do, your LAZY and dont want to work...hell the man before me asked if he could check the walkk in for his preference brand of beer and he actedlike that was too much for him...you wouldn't make it in my world bro. I never ever post reviews like this but i spend almost 20 bucks a day on the same damn wings and never had someone tell me its gonna be a long time for fresh ones. Thanks for taking away my favorite snack Lazy Man..or should say kid...Rant over, 7 Eleven shopping over

The old man and the white girl with the macklemore haircut refused to ring up my items bcuz basically I didn't listen to them. To boot the old man doesn't respect the fact that I wear my face mask/gaiter until my teeth r done being worked on. Also the white girl continued to say that there night has been a rough one because of prior customer, I thought there supposed to be professional??

My partner and I were refused service due to wearing N95 masks.We have 5 children, one of which has medical issues that are of concern in relation to COVID effects.While I understand that for many the pandemic, as well as the resulting precautionary measures are a thing of past, it is still very much a present concern for our family.In addition to our personal circumstances, there are many folks who needed to wear masks before the pandemic, and will continue to require this safety measure.I imagine the causal concern in this case is theft, and employee safety.I feel there are ways to contend with this apprehension, without compromising the safety of your community.You could ask that people lower masks briefly for the camera, require identification be shown, hire extra security, etc.Please find a way to resolve this that doesn’t sacrifice the safety and well being of individuals and families.Thank you.-Rain
