I just want to say I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and not once have I done anything wrong and I don't know who the cashier was I don't know if she was new or what but for a very long time I have carried a small backpack that is a plushie and they have never had a problem with me having it on and all of a sudden they just say oh you can't have it on and then I just go and I put my phone in my pocket and she assumed that I was putting something in my pocket and I took my phone out of my pocket and that is something that is absolutely wrong because obviously the person needs to not just go and assume the person is doing something wrong and if obviously I have been a long time customer than people need to treat me with the respect that I deserve because it is a insult to me because I have been kind and loyal to that store for a very long time ever since I moved in on the east side sends 2013 s 2014

REALLY RUDEE I was with a few of friends and we enter it we where searching for things to get I had my hands in my pockets and I had a candy bar that was in my pocket but you could clearly see it we where still looking and then a man came up to us he told me what u had in my pocket I showed him the candy bar he said don’t put it in my pocket again I said sorry I didn’t mean to I had money I’m pocket to buy it so we where still looking until this women came up to us and grabbed our stuff and told us to leave and never come back we where planning to buy it but she didn’t even gave us the chance to explain really rude I hope she gets fired and doesn’t work because that was honestly an awful experience

walked all the way there, since online said that the store had already opened and when I got there someone was inside and the door was locked and I said it says online that opens at 5:00am and the chick said "so".Very rude. Maybe they should edit the hours then ya know?

8:00 am and no one is there. They pick and choose when they want to open. This is almost an everyday thing. No sign on the door or nothing. Just ridiculous!!!!!!
