Never any food on grill and with empty space for others.I go every morning and I have to go to mavericks to get food every morning. The other day I had to ask for something to be put on the grill and had to come back when they were done…district manager was there today and said nothing and did nothing when I said something.

First they were out of what incame for...no big deal, but Cmon guys, i spent 14 bucks on 10 wings and you camt give me a dipping sauce. Guy says oh that will be 70 more cents. Explain. What desmt make sence? JESUS GIVES ME DIME SIZE PIEZES OF CHICKEN 4 SMALL 4 REG. IS THAT HARD FOR YALL TO UNDERSTAND.

What a tarnish to the 7-Eleven brand.Between the lack of fresh coffee, the fountain machine always has a flavor out and is never marked properly stating they’re out of the flavor, the unprofessionalism from a majority of the staff.The “manger” seems to enable bad work ethic and seems to truly not uphold the 7-Eleven name.

By far the best 7-11 I have been too. The staff are always nice and professional, coffee and creamers are always full and fresh, food is fresh and hot, Mikala is awesome!

This establishment lacks in a couple areas that an establishment like this should adhere too. The food is never really fresh neither is the coffee(coffee always taste burnt.)Their fountain machine always has flavors out and are never marked they’re out.

Jay is absolutely worth a manger position at this spot. His customer service skills are on point and on top of that he even helped me get a job I really needed at a Culvers down the road, and I can’t thank him enough. Please go in a see my homie jay and write him your honest review.

My husband was inside getting us a drink. I was standing outside with my pup and Angel, the “manager” comes out blazing, accused me of pan handling, and asking me to leave. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will absolutely never patronize this establishment again. Get better service at loaf and jug. I felt this was extremely prejudice and inappropriate behavior.
