I got nothing bad to say about this place. Absolutely nothing bad I got my couch from this place. Recently paid it off. And they were always very professional I would actually get something else for them but I actually like eating. But would I recommend this place yeah sure I would. Would I shop there in the future? You bet staff is great and so is the professionalism

If you want crappy service and for them to call you one hour prior to delivery to cancel after already waiting WEEKS for your order then i suggest you shop here !!! Super unprofessional and terrible customer service would never recommend to anyone!

The staff does not communicate with either its customers or its employees. Was told I was going to be paying a specific amount per week. Only for it to double. In the process of trying to fix the situation, staff has hung up on me, Talk to me in a condescending tone and made racist comments. Communication is obviously something this location does not practice. Avoid at all cost

Wish there was a Zero star option!! Ordered stuff from them 2 weeks ago they said it was going to get delivered to there store and delivered to me by Saturday the latest 4pm waited around ALL day finally I called at 3:30 and they said everyone went home and now I can’t get what I ordered for another week.. there is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION! Was really hoping all the horrible reviews were not true but I guess they are!

Not good. They told us they would be at my home at 3 pm to pick stuff back up. They showed up at 11 am. We weren't even there. And then proceeded to tell us they can only pick up now on Thursday morning. We'll everyone works. We told them they didn't have choice seeing we would be leaves out the 27th headed to Texas. They said to leave it in the house. That can't happen this is a rental home and she has already rented it out. Then they said they pulled my card off the file so I wouldn't be charged. Well they didn't do that they charged me anyway. And can't rake it with us because we don't have a corporate store close enough to us.

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences from our local store...but this is more for the delivery guys I had today. I had a fridge delivered today and Dustin and Dalton were my delivery guys, sorry if I incorrectly spelled their names...but they were the most friendly and careful delivery guys I ever have had. The showed the utmost care when moving my new fridge in and were beyond helpful....absolutely great customer service from them two!!!

I will never go through this company again. I was done wrong not just once but 2 times. They took my money they should not of and then it was a big hassle to get it back and they took over 200.00 out my account. They hang up on you when you try to call customer service and nothing is done professionally. Are first bed feel apart on us and the second bed didn't put it up all they way with bolts missing.
