The staff does not communicate with either its customers or its employees. Was told I was going to be paying a specific amount per week. Only for it to double. In the process of trying to fix the situation, staff has hung up on me, Talk to me in a condescending tone and made racist comments. Communication is obviously something this location does not practice. Avoid at all cost

Wish there was a Zero star option!! Ordered stuff from them 2 weeks ago they said it was going to get delivered to there store and delivered to me by Saturday the latest 4pm waited around ALL day finally I called at 3:30 and they said everyone went home and now I can’t get what I ordered for another week.. there is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION! Was really hoping all the horrible reviews were not true but I guess they are!

Not good. They told us they would be at my home at 3 pm to pick stuff back up. They showed up at 11 am. We weren't even there. And then proceeded to tell us they can only pick up now on Thursday morning. We'll everyone works. We told them they didn't have choice seeing we would be leaves out the 27th headed to Texas. They said to leave it in the house. That can't happen this is a rental home and she has already rented it out. Then they said they pulled my card off the file so I wouldn't be charged. Well they didn't do that they charged me anyway. And can't rake it with us because we don't have a corporate store close enough to us.

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences from our local store...but this is more for the delivery guys I had today. I had a fridge delivered today and Dustin and Dalton were my delivery guys, sorry if I incorrectly spelled their names...but they were the most friendly and careful delivery guys I ever have had. The showed the utmost care when moving my new fridge in and were beyond helpful....absolutely great customer service from them two!!!

I will never go through this company again. I was done wrong not just once but 2 times. They took my money they should not of and then it was a big hassle to get it back and they took over 200.00 out my account. They hang up on you when you try to call customer service and nothing is done professionally. Are first bed feel apart on us and the second bed didn't put it up all they way with bolts missing.

So i have been with aaron’s for about 4 yrs. paid off numerous items and always paid on time. well the samsung fridge i had went out friday night. i call saturday and am told they can’t get to me till monday which they did and swapped it out. But in the mean time i lost over 400 dollars worth of groceries for myself and 4 kids and have been struggling with help for groceries since. But aaron’s said they were going to at least reach out and see if they could compensate my groceries at least towards my balance and it has been a little over a week and no answers yet. I feel like that is the least they can do considering one a loyal customer i have been and two the fact that their equipment gave out and 3 considering this was what was mentioned. Very disappointed.

I have been with this store for 4 yrs. Always bought stuff from them and love the workers. I had bought a samsung smart refrigerator and have had it for about 4 months give it take. Well, the fridge out of nowhere stops working on friday night. i call saturday and they put me on the schedule which they did for monday ti swap out fridges however that does not make up for the fact that i threw away 6 garbage bags of grocery’s that went bad because of it. I am so disappointed and can not even make up for the grocery’s that were in there and now have to result to donating plasma to get some grocery’s for my 4 kids now because their product gave out! So sad and disappointed about this.

Aaron's has nice products, nice employees however some say when they're going to work with you it seems like they changed their minds don't get me wrong I've been with Aaron's for over 15 years however there are times with different employees that are not trained properly is why I put this post it's like rolling the dice 50/50
