I called ahead to the bank in Pueblo West about a loan and they directed to the in town locations for a banker who could help. They called ahead for me and i went in to Dillion location for information and to apply for a loan and was treated very unprofessional by Charly. She processed to question me whats about my credit score, income, ect right at the teller window. It seems there is no respect for my privacy or personal information. She could have taken me to the desk or side, but no she was thought it would be best to question me with other customers right next to me. Do better with people's privacy

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worker with blonde hair, her name is Jamie, will lose hundreds of dollars from your account!!! To this day i am still trying to get the $1500 she took from me, management also does nothing to ever help you, never answers their phone or they’ll never return your calls, the manager allows all of her employees to just sit around and gossip about guests and also harass other guests i’ve witnessed with my own eyes? Unprofessional and gross behavior. Seriously do not go here.

I had a fraudulent charge most likely from swiping my card at the pump they tried to continuously take $16.00 miss Annette and Michelle were a great help and so professional I forgot I was in Walmart

Absolutely LOVE this bank! The staff are all very polite and professional. I have never had a bad experience with Academy & the wait time is never more than a few minutes.
