Do not shop at this store the employees are lazy and do not care if you get the right parts for your vehicle and when they realize they screwed up they try to make it your fault and refuse to return parts do not go here

I used the website to find my car part. It gave me a match and I bought it. I took it to be put in my car and they said that it wasn't the right part. So, I had to take it back and they said the refund would take days and that the new part was more than twice the original price. I am on a low budget and can not afford this. I also didn't even get a full refund. So now I must wait for my partial refund and then try to find a better place for my car part.

This evening my vehicle broke down I was able to make it into the parking lot. This store currently didn't have the part on hand that we needed. Eric did see that another store in town had that part we needed but with our vehicle being broke down we were unable to make it to the other store. Eric went above and beyond, he sent one of the drivers to go get the part from the other store! Absolutely amazing customer service!

Serpentine belt broke and did not have the enter changeable so they searched another store went out of their way to get it to me! Thank you so much Eric and Andrew! Y’all are ?? awesome!

Knowledgeable employees are eager to help and usually have the items in stock. If the items are not in stock, they order it and have it within a day or two.

I showed up right when they opened, but they were still super friendly and professional. I got my battery tested and replaced in under an hour. It was really simple and not very expensive

The place has been closed early everytime I've gone. And not like 5 or 10 mins, like hours. The seem to lose your parts often as well.

I went to 3 places & they were the only ones that that had the tool I needed (the others needed to order it) & it was half the price... next time I'm going there first

I understand people might steal or other things. Not all people are like that ,and to boot you didn't even know if any parts in witch I needed even excisted.Made me feel as d*** as you. Thanks for nothing!! At least know your job. If you can't help ask for help or listen to the request.instead of wondering if I'm going to steal.

I bought two caliber tool from them I used the least expensive one and it worked so I didn’t need the more expensive one that was never opened. I tried to return it today and the clerk told me that they don’t do returns on tools. I had my receipt for it nothing was said when I bought them about not being able to return the one I didn’t open or use. I will never buy anything from advance auto parts again the place is a joke!
