This review addresses the Bakery and special order cakes. My friend ordered exactly the Birthday cake I desired but it was not what we ordered. It was supposed to be a 2 layer cake with lemon filling. It was one layer and no filling. The decoration was great but slicing into it was huge disappointment. I don't like 1 layer cakes. I tossed it in the trash.

All I can say is ... Last Resort Shopping!
Hey I followed through with the contact us reach out. They had no idea why I was even calling them. They have nothing to do with it. So I guess I'd give you a zero on that one!
I would suggest you take a piece of tape to put over the top of anything and everything that you received that has a lid. They're going to come off on your way home. I would suggest that you check your milk. Make sure it is not blowing bubbles before you buy it. Evidently they know it happens they don't care. I actually had to ask where it came from. I was told the Denver milk company. I will place a phone call there today. Because I care!

Very clean, well stocked, aisles not clogged with displays. Merchandise not locked up. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best things is no obnoxious security guards equipped like SWAT team members harassing you to do unlawful receipt checks. Nice to be treated as a valued customer and not like a criminal. This store knows what customer service is. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
