Service:Kevin our sales representative explains everything perfectly, he's clearly a seasoned professional that has been selling furniture for decades. I'm super thankful to have him explain everything and we walked out really happy. It was delivered on time and without any issues. He expressed very clearly that upon arrival, if there's anything wrong, take a picture that day and they'll make it right. That means you have to INSPECT it upon delivery, sounds pretty common sense to me.Quality:Look folks, read some reviews about the "low" quality of furniture, and the reps here are very clear about this. There's low end budget stuff, and then there's high end stuff. You can't expect a $90 coffee table to last 10 years. They carry all different brands, and yes, just like cars, there's different trims and different grades of fabric. You typically pay for what you get. I have a high end Ashley's leather sectional that is going on 10 years, and it's still in amazing condition cuz I actually leather treat and clean it. Ashley also produces low end stuff for teenagers and college students moving into their first apartment etc.Summary:What I'm getting at is you can judge this store for carrying all tiers of furniture. Just because they sell cheap stuff doesn't mean everything they sell is cheap; you have to choose carefully.

Wow! So many good things to say about the service we got at AFW! Thank you, Jeanine Algien, she went over and beyond! She was amazing giving us her undivided attention. We got exactly what we wanted we are so pleased, and prices were great and affordable! Delivery guys were also amazing done in 15 - 20min!!!Thank you Jake Jabs and crew!!!

Just bought a sofa table buckskin picked up just to find out the leg on the table was completely cracked usually have no problem with them tried to ask if they can deliver the new table for the inconvenience they said no so might just have to get a refund tomorrow would’ve been nice to check the box they shipped it in if it wasn’t all taped up and packaged didn’t realize I had to double check there process assumed they would’ve checked there product before they gave it to me

We came in to look at the zero gravity massage chairs for my husband. Our salesperson Jeannine was friendly , knowledgeable. She helped us determine the chair with the right features and made the experience a lot less intimidating for us. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Wife and i purchased a set of sofas on 8-10-23. We received a call on 8-14-23 that our merchandise had arrived i picked it up that evening got home put everything together found that we were missing two of the 14 legs that support the sofas. I called customer service at 7:16pm they closed at 7:00pm i said no big deal ill just go to the store tomorrow at 10:00 when they open maybe they can get them on a truck to me same day from Denver. I show up today 8-15-23 at 10:05 i walk in ask the ladys at the front desk who do i speak to about my situation, they say the lady at the back of the store at customer service, i walk back look at the lady i say hi how are you, she says how can i help you i explain i am missing 2 legs on my sofas that i picked up yesterday, she says u should have just called the customer service number i said i did but it was closed, she says ill have to order them from Denver they will come through fedex i asked do you know about how long she says should be the end of the week, i ask you wouldn't be able to just give me 2 of the legs from the one that is on the floor? She says no your going to have to wait i can't do that, i said okay and walked away.The missing legs- i work for a freight company in a situation such as this AFW should have a system in place to get your missing items to the customer at least by next day if the item is available in Denver to Pueblo.The lady in customer service- not sure how you hold on to your job no reply to my hi how are you, no im sorry for the inconvenience,no thank you have a good day. Just a bland rude attitude.Everyone is very nice but once they get their money all the helpful smiling faces go away.I have made about five different purchases at this store i believe this will be my last. These days many options are available.Do better AFW

This furniture store is an absolute disaster! Their furniture is nothing but cheap junk, and don't even get me started on their clueless delivery drivers who 'couldn't find my apt bldg for 4 days'. Really? What a bunch of lazy morons! Seriously, save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. You'd be better off finding better quality stuff at a thrift store run by people with some actual intelligence.

Like most people in Pueblo, I've spent thousands of dollars here. Mostly since we don't have many other options without driving out of town. Recently, my wife and I were in the market for a small mattress for our camper. Once we finally got a salesperson to help us, we finally got a price. I turned my back for a moment to speak to my wife and the sales person was off with another customer. Guess he couldn't be bothered by such a small commission. We wanted help with different options. We left and looked at a couple of other stores. Came back since, again, there are minimal choices in Pueblo. Spoke to the person at the front counter when our original sales person came up with a different set of customers. In a very snide tone, he asked if we wanted help. While I was in mid sentence, he turned away and called for another salesperson. His attitude was ridiculous and I left the store furious. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. I'll gladly drive to another city, buy online and have it shipped to the house, or even drive up to the main warehouse in Denver. Sorry my little $300 mattress wasn't a big enough sale for you!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would not because of the furniture or the quality but because of the workers that they hire and how they treat ppl. I am a driver for one of their distributors and I've been here a handful of times and have never even been acknowledged by the shipping or the receiving workers. Not once have I received any kind of hello how can I help you and they don't even have the decency to bring you the paperwork like most companies do once they've finished unloading.They are very rude to black female drivers and have no concept of customer service or even human decency.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel I must. First thing I do want to say customer service and delivery guys were very good. But my wife and bought a sofa, love seat, a table and 2 chairs. The sofa and love seat are great in good condition and look great. But the table I would say it is put together very poorly. I knew the table was not going to sit even cause I knew my floor was a little uneven. But it was super wobbly. On further inspection I noticed the the legs were not straight or even. And the the cross braces between the legs were not straight or square. So I called the same day I got the table. The were super nice and told me they would send out a replacement asap. They delivered a new table again the delivery guys were very nice and helpful. Showed them the old table and told the my problems. And the tried to do everything to resolve any issues. The table was still and little wobbly but the guys loosen so screws and tried the best to straighten it. Which did help but not all the way. The guy mentioned that table had self levelers on the legs. He adjusted the and got the table sitting sturdy. After they left I happen to notice one of the cross braced was not sitting all the way into the leg. So I figured the screw just loose. Well the was not screw there st all. So inspect the whole thing to make sure there were not any other screws missing and noticed even more chips then the last one. So I as you can see I am not to satisfied. You would think I am paying a lot of money for this table that I would get a little better quality out of it. But I guess now a days it's about quantity and not quality. I could have built one myself better then this table was but together.

Ask for Rodney hands down one of the best sales reps we've ever had anywhere. He did not pressure us to make a selection or to buy something super expensive. He asked what we liked and presented us with great options.

I had a specific need. I knew what I wanted and was ready to pay for it. I was "helped" by two individuals who said they would be with me in a minute but "feel free to look" in the mean time. I was not looking or shopping I was there to buy. After 15 minutes I left empty handed went to another store and got what I needed right away. There loss but very frustrating. I guess they just arent that eager to make an easy $. I wont go there again for awhile if ever.

My husband and I made a purchase of a new dining table and sofa for our new home. We had special needs for having a rather large family and we had a great sales lady named Shana that took care of us in every way possible! She understood that we needed durable and accommodating for at least 10 people. What we got exceeded all our expectations and made for very happy customers!

Checking out was easy and fast. Delivery was so worth it. They were early but called before to make sure it was okay. And then brought our furniture up two flights of stairs swiftly and fast and were very safe and professional. And then put it together so fast and it is perfect.
