Desiree met us at the door and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the phones we wanted and then setting them up for us....essential since it would have taken us days of frustration and trial and error...and probably been all wrong to boot. We've been customers of att for decades and appreciate the service of all your employees but Desiree was truly exceptional!

AT&T in Pueblo has served me twice in the past two months and both times I had excellent service and the best service of any store I’ve been to in a long time. On both occasions I was served by knowledgeable people who listened to what I needed and quickly assisted me satisfactorily! It makes me so much happier with this huge company!

Spur of the moment decided to go in and switch our phone carrier. And we hit the jackpot with Linda as our sales representative.
She made the entire process effortless and took care of us is so many ways from answering questions to helping us resolve issues and finding us extra deals and promos. Best experience from a phone service store I’ve ever had.

The store associate that I dealt with her name is Jennifer. She was the sweetest person. She was so helpful. She answered all my questions and while we were waiting for my phone to finish, we started talking about the love we shared For Jesus Christ, it was so awesome to have a fellow Christian help me at A retail store thank you Jennifer for making my visit at AT&T. Very nice.

Best AT&T store! LINDA and JORGE are amazing. They take the time to fix your issue. I went in there to fix a problem with my account and I walked out DirecTV and they helped me get it all setup and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this AT&T store.
