I recently (Sept 2023) wanted to purchase a new iPhone and until I walked into this AT&T store and worked with Connie, it was frustrating — to say the least! But Connie and her colleagues were super helpful, available in the purchase & set up process, she and they are superb problem solvers, plus personable, knowledgeable, efficient — just all around excellent! I can fully and heartily recommend this AT&T store on Pueblo’s north side!

I had a heating problem with my phone of almost a year. They sent me new one and I took it into the franchise store.The young man came out the door and offered me a hand up the step and into the store. I explained that I needed to transfer the information from my problem phone to the replacementHe started the process and answered the questions that I had. While we were waiting for the procedure to complete, the store started to fill up. He asked if he could help someone else. He would keep checking on me.After few minutes he came over and said we had fifteen mins. And he asked if I needed anything. No I was just fine.After a few minutes another person named Linda came over, checked how much the left. I asked about my guarantee and insurance. She gave great information I felt it was a seamless exchange an I believe there two customers and I think maybe three that had good experiences. Linda helped get my return phone in the return boxesAnd I was off. Thanks for the team work guys.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and only waited for a couple minutes before a staff member invited me over to a table to help me upgrade my phone. The staff were patient , knowledgeable and friendly while I was in the store. The two staff members that helped setup my phone and complete my sale were very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager also came over to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a great experience!

They acted like I wasn't going to be able to afford the phones because the total was over $2000. They talked badly about us the whole time and we were not treated like a valued customer. I can only assume it was off my husband and I's appearance because we are heavily tattooed, and young. We were rushed out the store and we're not given any help with set up, after spending close to $3000 with all of the extras we purchased. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Nothing but great things to say about the customer service at this store. We have had some fraudulent activities on our account, Connie has been soooooo very patient and extremely helpful to us in this situation. Will always be an ATT customer with service like this. Desiree quickly helped me setup a couple of Apple Watches on my plan. She is so polite & helpful. She was rocking it at multi tasking helping me and checking other customers in. I was in and out super quick. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Javier, Felipe, and Veve are so fantastic!! They answered all my questions about upgrading. I wanted to get my kids phones and they helped with setting up family sharing and the “cans” that come with our new devices!

This occurred in March 2023. I had been on a special plan with 2 GM data. My son had been having major issues medically & I had been back & forth to Pueblo. Suddenly, I discovered I was going to go over my data limit. I went in to this store to see if there was some sort of plan with more data that I could get, that would not increase my bill much (1 phone & under $60 monthly bill). The store was pretty much empty except for the staff, so I had 2 staff people helping me. After explaining my needs & thoroughly discussing things they set me up with a new pan & it was only supposed to run around $10 more a month. That was acceptable and I was so glad that it was easily handled. I was texted within 24 hours to provide a review & gave a 5 star review.I got home two days later (I live over 2 hrs away from Pueblo) and had an email with information on the "upgrade". It stated that my recurring bill would be over $100/month!!!! I immediately called AT&T customer service. I spend time explaining what I had wanted and what I discovered in my email. I explained this was NOT what I needed or wanted and NOT what I ask for. After talking with the person we went through everything and she put me on a plan that had exactly what I needed and wanted for $2.50 more a month than my original bill. I'm still under $60 and am getting more than I need. Thanks to AT&T customer service.

I would just like to give a huge Kudos to Javier at the AT&T store in Pueblo Co for helping me out so very very much! His expertise and knowledge was Superb! I was so gonna close this account but after Javier helped me I have changed my mind. THANK YOU Javier for being so awesome and being such a huge help!!!! He helped me with my bill he set me up for first responder discount in which I was told would happen and it didnt I would totally say if your needing any help with your bill or questions come see Javier absolutely the BEST!!!!
