Floors as you walked off the elevator looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week. We had to call the front desk to change our sheets because they had not been changed. Hair and I don’t know what was in the sheets, the bed was made but the sheets were nasty. I called the front desk and he did come and change sheets and gave us new pillows, but still this should of all been done before.

When our flight was canceled, the airline was able to get us a room at the Best Western. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The staff was very hospitable and kind. They got us into the room quickly and in the morning, provided a nice breakfast with an omelette service and waffles. I was so impressed by this hotel stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Pueblo area.

This was an impromptu stay on a roadtrip and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It was easy to access in Pueblo CO. The staff was friendly and accommodating (freezing my cooler's water bottles since the room's fridge didn't have a freezer section). The pool felt good after the day's activities. The room was clean and I had no complaints. Then there was the breakfast. They have someone available to cook an omelet fresh for you with your choice of toppings. It was really good and well above the usual hotel standard breakfast fare. I highly recommend this BW hotel if you are in the area.

The room was clean, we had dogs with us, and the room didn't smell of pets. The service was friendly and breakfast was amazing. Thank you I will stay there again.

We stayed here for a little over two weeks and had such a pleasant stay. John makes you feel welcomed from the second you walk into the hotel. The omelette’s were amazing as well as the different types of coffee they offer. All of the staff was super friendly and treated my large family with kindness!
Food & drinks: Village Inn is right across the street and has great food! Starbucks is also nearby!

Good price in a great location for jumping off to the Royal Gorge and other site seeing. Custom made omelets is a super nice touch in addition to the above average continental breakfast.

Just your basic hotel. The rooms are big and kept clean. They serve omelettes in the morning.
Walkability: There is gas stations and a restaurant you can walk to.

Staff was amazing and the breakfast also. Omg!! Pool was under construction but definately we will only stay at Best Western again
