This is a beautiful hotel. It was spotless and nothing was damaged. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! This should have more stars! No marijuana or smoke smells. We felt very safe and comfortable here and will only stay here when we visit Pueblo.Safety: We felt very safe here. The hotel and parking lot were well-lit. The evening managers were friendly and welcoming.

Our family was truly thankful to find this hotel, (very last minute and late into the evening). Shout out to John at the front desk for taking such good care of us and who made us feel welcome from the time we entered the hotel!! What an incredible man. We hope he knows the positive impact he has on people. Thank you to the morning breakfast cook who made delicious breakfast options, all included in the cost of the stay. The entire staff was welcoming and so very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Pueblo. Pet friendly was a plus!!Noteworthy details: CLEAN!Friendly staffQuietGreat breakfastPet friendly

By reading the negative reviews, the manager seems to blame everybody but themselves .If I could, I would give absolutely no stars Avoid this place at all cost .(((Denise)))the front desk clerk is absolutely rude and horrible we moved to Woodland Park over Christmas break and we’re no longer able to stay at our house because we just packed the rest of our stuff up in Pueblo. and because we still have a Pueblo ID she refused to give us a room that we paid for $98 she basically kicked us out, and refused to help us in anyway whatsoever, she just blew us off like we were trash, even though we paid for the room in advance then we called back to get the managers name and she hung up on us. This woman should not be working in the public whatsoever or public hospitality .I will be contacting her manager demanding my money back so I’m not out almost $100 because I have a Pueblo ID and no longer live in Pueblo. (This hotel did not disclose that they do not rent rooms to people with a Pueblo ID)on their website, it was a huge inconvenience for us on New Year’s Eve. Will be looking into a lawsuit for the massive inconvenience if they refuse the necessary paperwork to get our money back Thanks a lot best Western me and my family will never stay at your hotels ever again.

When we walked in the stench was overwhelming in the lobby almost like sewage and body odor mixed! The room didn’t have that smell but the heater in the room wouldn’t turn on and stay on in the middle of winter and it was snowing all night that night. The pool we found out was down for renovation or maintenance so couldn’t use that facility oh and their cable was out. Needles to say we didn’t stay! Customer service was the only good part of this whole experience as they canceled my stay and refunded my money ( hopefully as it takes a few days to actually happen). I did not take pictures as I was just happy to get out of that smelly lobby.Rooms: The room was small and cramped. Bathroom was barely big enough for an adult around 6’ 160 #’s.
