Every time I try to use the coupons, they are denied. It has gotten old already. So I guess I will shop at Walmart from now on. I always try to shop around to get bargains and support other stores, but Im done. My last purchase was $15 dollars, and again, my 10% coupon was denied. You lost a customer who regularly spends hundreds a year in your store over $1.50

Couldn't even tell us welcome and hello when we walked in the door. Planner on buying 8 pairs of boots for the crew. I think we'll go to big R instead. Not impressed with with the customer service in this establishment.

This is regarding the location at 4330 N Fwy Rd, Pueblo, CO 81008.
An item was purchased approximately 2 weeks ago. After a single wear of the sweater, the zipper broke.
With receipt in hand, I went to return the item. I was expected to pay a difference for the exchange DESPITE the fact I was exchanging for the SAME exact item - size / color / brand.
Why would there be a difference? Do you not stand behind your products?
Your Manager even stated under his breath, its not worth the fight.
What fight? It is the RIGHT thing to do. This return policy is completely unacceptable. The treatment. Terrible.
We are customers who paid for our purchases & work hard for what we purchase.

Customer service was good, I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of answers too cracked a few jokes as well with the employees. It was as close to as good as it gets for an aging sporting goods store. No complaints here.
