Employees are not helpful. No prices on holiday items. They are very rude. Store is very dirty.

They had no air conditioning or coolers in there. It was so hot. It was hard to focus and their prices were higher than raw saven. Higher than other discount places and you could order online from Walmart and get the same thing. But cheaper. So I wasn't very happy with big lots. I liked it better when it was pick and save.
