My roadside assistance sent blackcatbob. We were semi-off road at an overlook which seemed difficult to find. It was a lot of back and forth on my end for other reasons and ended up not needing their service's. However! Writing this review bc blackcatbob was quick to find us I’m very appreciative of their patience and great communication!

Customer Service impeccable. Came out on their personal time to give an emergency tow and attempted to fix a heater on top of it. Also stopped our tow to help someone and gave us a discount on our tow.

Man what can I say a real life saver this guy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. June 13 2022 I was headed back home to Texas from Denver when my tire popped middle of intestate kinda far from the closest town. I started calling towning companies closest to me nobody was available or weren’t willing to come save the day. However, the homie at Blackcatbob was able to come and he also made some calls to make sure someone in the closest town would stay open to change out my tire it was already getting late and tire shops were closing for the day. I really appreciate this guy and I hope you pick blackcatbob for your towing needs this guy’s legit and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of ! 5/5

Super kind and friend gentleman showed up to help me. The charged the the exact amount that he said he would on the phone and took the time to show me why my tire was flat and what to look for on my other tires.Service: Tire change

I contacted this provider as I needed my car towed related to a dead battery, after my car failed to start with a jump. When he arrived at my house- Bob tested my battery and gave me another jump, and the car started. Instead of charging me for the full towing (which he easily could have done), he not only charged me just for the jump, but also followed me to the mechanics in case I needed another jump.
