Sadly I've had 3 different people damage my car over the last 3 years. Each time Caliber Collision of Pueblo repaired my Lexus to pristine condition. Their staff are skilled, friendly and so helpful. While I hope I never need a body shop ever again, if I do, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Renee and the Pueblo caliber team went above and beyond for me today. I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but this is worth mentioning. I had a repair for my air conditioning done at Caliber in castle rock and have only had problems since. I have had to deal with little to no A/C. The castle rock team refused to help even though it was under warranty. One call to this caliber in Pueblo and they took the time to inspect and resolve my issue. They were patient and extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone needing a fix to use this caliber collision. Thank you again!!

Awful customer service and repair knowledge. It’s been more that 4 months and they haven’t been able to fix my truck. I have been there several times because they apparently have fixed my truck but every time I care to take it back because they have no idea what is the issue. They assured that it was fixed and while driving on the I-25 north it totally stopped working. This action place my life in danger. They are very unprofessional and lack of knowledge and experience. I am sure they have no idea what they are doing. Save your time and money and find another place.

I called in to see if I could get my car in for an estimate the lady was very nice and said I could bring it in. When I got there she assisted me right away and had Jesse take a look at my car. He was extremely nice and courteous. My car did not need anything major just the grill popped back into place. Jesse was kind enough to get that done for me today! The building and lobby are exceptionally clean and the service is outstanding. Thank you Caliber Collision for getting me in and thank you Jesse for all your help and expertise!
