Sold me a lemon jeep cherokee from the year 2006. Told me i had 7 days to get a diagnostic check from one of their shops that they work with so they could possibly fix any huge problems. Payed 50 dollars to get one. Wheel barring and cv axle needed to change. For weeks i kept calling and trying to get those problems fixed. Then when it was time for an oil change. Breaks plus told me that the car needed new shocks and struts. 200 dollars that isnt covered in the warrenty. And then when i made another payment i asked what was going on with getting the barring and cv axle changed. They told me to go back to breaks plus and have them check it again. And breaks plus told me nothing was wrong with the wheel hub and the cv axle onle had a tiny pinhole tear in it. Then the battery went bad and found out that costs 214 for their cheapest at auto zone because i was stuck there after having to check my car because the check engine light came on by the way. Found out it was a tempurature rationality and possibly the tempurature sensore needed to get changed. The transmission control system popped up too. Told me i can get the transmission control system changed under warrenty but id have to pay a 100 dollar deductable and up to 100 dollars for a diagnostic again. On top of that they were charging me 9 grand for a 200k milage vehicle that was just spring loaded with problems within the first month. I have no idea why they would try to sell this if it needed so much work. Sketchy place pretty much scammed me and was not helpful at all while i made my payments ontime. I gave the car back because i wasnt gonna be left with a scrap of metal at the end of my payments. I feel stupid that i let myself be desprate enough to get any car from here because i needed to see my family. Be careful shopping here. They will take advantage of your desperation.

If I could give a lower review, I would. This place is a dump and the cars are garbage!

THANK YOU CARHOP for the great car and better service! I have been wanting to write this review for a while but life has been hectic, so here it is. I went to Carhop last March with a broken down truck I had sank nearly 10k into after an incredibly stressful year filled with personal loss, desperate and obviously on my last legs, and walked out with a car that ran beautifully, a payment plan that I could afford even during these tough times, and knowledge that unlike most used car dealerships the folks at Carhop truly empathized with me and saw me as a person, not just a paycheck. The very few repairs that have popped up were taken care of immediately and painessly, and each time I felt heard and respected. Very recently my car has been running into some issues after what was most likely a bad repair job from a different local mechanic, and when I called them back just now they immediately provided me with a solution and it looks like my car will be taken care of by Friday. I will keep this review updated as I spend more time with my new car but frankly, I don't see my glowing review changing any time soon. THANK YOU CARHOP!!!

While I was sitting there a customer came in that had just bought a vehicle or was in the process of it and there was some suspension issues with the vehicle. I heard the guy tell her that he would replace the ball joints on the vehicle because it was a safety hazard and the tire could pop off the vehicle while she was driving and there was an issue with the control arm that he wouldn't fix because it wouldn't cause a hazard. The control arm holds the entire wheel assembly and could very well pop off and kill the passengers in the vehicle especially at highway speeds. It could also kill other drivers on the road if the tire flies off into traffic. There were also at least 4 vehicles they had displayed for sale and said they could sell them. Some had no titles and some needed repairs and weren't sellable. Plus they ran the credit for the vehicle we went in for and then told us they couldn't sell us that vehicle because it didn't have a title and tried selling us others we had no interest in. Won't be doing business with folks with no integrity just so they can take someone's hard earned money for junk or unsafe vehicles.

We have had the money set aside on the bank account for 5 business days. The refuse to take the money out. They said the bank didn't except the referral. Called bank they never e en attempted to get the money. Car hop is refusing to take payment because they want repos there's more money there with tow fees and all that. Over all a very shady company I don't trust

This would of been our 3rd vehicle bought and paid for thru Carhop pueblo. i have never had anything but a great experience with the staff and vehicles purchased..this time was the worst ever everything from incorrect color of vehicle on registration i was told "easy fix sorry our buyer is color blind" to electrical damage and bad motor issues. After finding the vehicle i wanted online in aurora i called to return but go get the 1 i wanted. Last 1 i told them. I was told the only thing i could do was accept the death trap they were trying to sell me for almost 13000 put it in their shop and pay 100 for diagnostic hoping the issues would be covered or cancel the contract receive my money back in 10 days and go somewhere else. Today i say avoid carhop pueblo if at all possible. If you can find 1 with a good title there its junk!

Wish I could leave them no stars or at least half . That's all they really deserve. They were all really nice at first. They do take advantage of people that can't qualify with a better dealership and then sell them a piece of junk for the price of something new. I was so desperate for transportation that I bit the bullet. The car I ended up getting wasn't even the one I initially wanted, but went with because they wanted almost 500 a month for the one I originally wanted. It's really not worth the harassment when you're a little late on a payment, or done paying it off, especially when they refuse to fix any problems with the vehicle or lie and say that they did.

I use to sell Used cars in Virginia I ran an honest dealership I wanted my customers to be successful in their loans. I never advertised but I lived on word of mouth I was busy. I moved to Colorado retired my step daughter who lost her car during Covid went to carhop and bought a car. It’s been the worse car ever the dealership blames the buyer okay. Pueblo needs to run this group out of town they are scammers they sold her a car promising to fix items ie… seat belts ? Really. See they could repair this stuff before a sale but they don’t care. They keep poor folks poor

Tried to take a look at a vehicle, nobody ever came out to help, went in the little office and 2 sales people were just sitting at their computers. Nobody else in there. When I asked about possibly taking a look at the vehicle I was told they don't show vehicles until you are approved. ?♂️ Said he could get me the information for the vehicle that's on the website. About as helpful as a blanket during a hot summer day.

We filled out a joint application as we live here in Colorado. I emailed them asking about the Chevy Camero that they have. We explained that we had a 1000 to put down on the car. We haven’t gotten any phone call at all or an email. I want to know what is going on

They work with you at first. When I LOST my job due to the owner literally DYING and was told oh don't worry we will just call every day until you can pay us. Then they take the money anyway and don't care if they overdraft your account in the process. I'm about to fly across the country to see my sick grandmother and had $45 to my name to travel on. Then they take their payment and now I'm overdrawn and there's nothing they will do. Everybody has a different story and none of them got me my money back.

My experience with carhop was great. Phil at the Pueblo co location was great and did all he could to get the deal done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I received and would like to thank Phil for getting me into my vehicle and the hard work he put in!
