Prices seemed good. Nice job by contractors on carpet. Crap job on LVP flooring. Tore/broke off the floorboards, installed TVP where it lifted on corners in 2 spots, insta l led over floor nail and it popped up in an area. When contacted. they pointed fingers and then I got ghosted by all 3 people I contacted. I think the LVP person even moved and dissolved his business. Terrible. Never again!

I recently had "Carpet Direct" replace the carpet in my bedroom. The representative that initially came out for an estimate was very professional and courteous. I purchased the carpet and set up a time to have it installed. When the installer came out to my house, It took approximately six hours to install (seemed like a long time for one room). Later on that day I vacuumed and noticed at the seam where the two pieces of carpet were joined, the nap was going in opposite directions and looked like two different colors. I contacted Carpet Direct which told me to reach out to the installer on my own. The installer came out and essentially told me to vacuum it again. I contacted Carpet Direct again and they agreed to come out and take a look at it. He determined that the carpet was in fact going in two different directions and that he would contact the installer to come back out and fix the issue. I never received a call back from the installer. It's apparent that Carpet Direct didn't want to assume any liability or responsibility in this matter. Now I'm stuck with poorly installed carpet with no recourse. If this is how they conduct business, they won't be getting anymore from me. Buyer beware!

They did the carpet in my parents’ house and while the actual carpet seems like a decent job, they blew a fuse and didn’t tell my parents, and knocked a photo off the wall, broke it, and then tried to hide the pieces behind another photo- and then still accepted the generous tip my parents gave them without saying anything. They also knocked several other wall hanging off the walls

Be aware that the two year install guarantee is only as good as the installer. Even though they are on the "recommended" list they do not stand behind the install. If your installer retires, dies, or goes to jail you are on you own. I spent $5000 including install and am not happy.
