I few months ago I was given the contact information for Champlain's Collision & Refinishing in Pueblo, Colorado by an autobody repair shop in Colorado Springs. My car had rust issues on the roof stemming from a previous repaint from an autobody shop in Colorado Springs. The original paint problem was a factory issue that did not present itself until away the original car warranty had expired. We discussed the rust and paint issues. We discussed repair options. I was concerned with the possible cost of the work, so I was conservative with the amount of work to be included in the estimate proposal from Champlain's. My car a 2004 Mercury Marauder. The next day I received an email with the Estimate attached. The total cost of the estimate was a little lower than I was preparing myself for. I immediately contacted Champlain's to state that I agreed with the scope of repair work and the cost as explained in the Estimate and schedule a date to bring the car in. A day or two before the appointment I noticed the paint on the hood with faded in an area that I had not noticed prior to the first visit at Champlain's. The morning of the appointment I arrived and showed him my concern regarding the paint on the hood. He suggested that it would be less expensive to include the hood repaint now rather than at a later time. I asked for an estimate of this additional work. He stated an estimate for the hood. I agreed with the amount and apologized for the increase of work at this late date. He was very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable regarding paint and autobody work. A few days later I received a call from Champlain's regarding schedule. It appears that a rush repair job (Pueblo Police car) needed priority in scheduling. I said that I agree with the need for immediate need for repair of the Police car before my cars work. I couple of weeks later I received a call from Champlain's regarding the front bumper of my car. Any work on the front bumper was not part of the original work. I asked for an estimate of cost for this additional. They stated a cost, and I agreed to proceed with this additional work. A few weeks later I received a call the work is complete and the exact amount of the final invoice. Due to snow, I stated I would be there a few days later. When I arrived, the car was waiting for me. I inspected the work on my car and found it to be better that my expectations. Champlain's recommended cleaning and paint protection ideas for the next 90 days while the new paint cures. The cost of the work was very fair, and the quality of the work made my car look new again. Champlain's was great to work with. I have been contacting my friends and telling them about my great experience working with Champlain's.

Champlain's is simply the best. I had a small scrape on the rear driver side fender where someone clipped me backing out of a parking space. I thought, not a big deal to fix, right? Turns out that area involves a lot of the back end of the car and my car's awesome red color is one of the hardest paints to match and work with. Plus, I didn't want to have to turn it in to the insurance and have my rates go up. Champlain's did the work for a reasonable price and matched the paint beautifully without having to disassemble the whole back end of my car to do it. And they got it done in a matter of days rather than weeks. I'll never take a car anywhere else again. Thanks Kris, I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out! You guys ROCK!!!

Chris and his crew repaired my 2023 WV ID.4 that had been battered with tennis ball sized hail. I had only had the car for 3 months when the damage occurred. There was some trouble getting parts for this new vehicle, but when I got it back, it looked brand new. They guys were nice and honest. No hidden costs. I am really grateful.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a very professional and friendly shop you have found it. We took our 2022 Dodge Ram in for extensive hail damage and when we picked it up it looked new! These guys do excellent work! We highly recommend Champlain's Collision and Refinishing.

Chris and Howard were great in getting my Rogue scheduled for repairs and painting. The bodywork was beyond my expectations! Fit and finish were excellent! Color matched exactly! The timing was perfect for my schedule. I saw several other cars being worked on at the same time as mine- several had had extensive damage. The shop process in action was like magic- I could not believe the attention to detail and the finished work was superb! Use these guys for all your automobile repair and painting needs! Thanks!

First and foremost, Kris and Howard of Champlain's were great people, the kind of folks I would trust around my family or the kind of dudes you would want to have a beer with after work, just genuine and honest people who are passionate about what they do. I cant speak highly enough about them. As far as the work, they did an EXCELLANT job with my truck and got it back to me ahead of schedule. The whole team there is top notch, HIGHLY recommend, would not take my truck anywhere else in Pueblo or Colorado Springs.

We’ve had some bad luck with my kids first car. First she was rear ended and then she hit a deer! Fortunately we found Champlain’s Collision. Howard was easy to work with. The whole process was very simple and stress free. The quality of their work is amazing. This car looks perfect!! Hopefully I won’t need anymore repairs done but if I do they will definitely have my business!
