I got hit by a drunk driver on New Year’s Eve. They answered all my questions and were great at communication. They are genuine mom and pop shop that actually cares about their customers and does right by them.Howard was amazing and my car looks brand new again! They do great work and are genuinely sweet guys! 10/10 recommend

Don't normally do reviews but even though this is 5 months late, I have to say if you need body work done, this is the place to go.Got a referral & took my car to get an estimate & received E-mail within 2 hrs for the cost of repairs.After getting parts & materials, I took my car & had it fixed in a reasonable amount of time considering the damage. They were so nice, I never felt nervous or uncomfortable leaving my car in their hands. The final bill was exactly what they quoted & before I left, Howard explained how to care for the new paint job during the following weeks such as not power washing right away, etc. Very pleased with the results & would not be afraid to recommend them.

Just got my truck back from Champlain’s for some body work after a minor accident. I am very satisfied with the whole experience working with these guys. Guys did a fantastic job on the truck. Howard took care of all the paperwork stuff with insurance which made this an easy process. Very glad I went with this shop! Highly recommend!!

They treat you like family here! I was met with kindness and received my quote quickly via email instead of making me wait and sit around (like some others do). They understood what I wanted and were able to provide quick service once the part was received. Each time I stopped by (for quote, to pay deposit, and to drop off and pick up vehicle) everyone was super nice and took time to speak with me and review any concerns. absolutely superb! I was greeted with respect and accommodated even with the amount of work they had. I had a trim piece for my wife's car that needed to be painted and Champlain's did an absolute amazing job! Can't even tell its a replacement piece as it matches perfectly. I was expecting it to take a few weeks, especially given the amount of work they obviously have but instead it only took a couple days. Granted it was a small piece, but still, I was treated with courtesy, and that wonderful and personable service that you find with locally owned businesses. I have a 2000 mustang that will need to be completely painted and some cancer taken care of once the mechanical issues are taken care of and I'll certainly be setting up an appointment with Champlain's when the time comes. Flawless work, amazing service... this is what businesses should be about. Thank you Champlain's, we'll be visiting again soon with any and all body work business I have coming up.

Being from Trinidad, I found myself in need of repair work before my windshield could go in. They were quick to help, and got me in and out so my windshield could be put in before the snow. Brilliant service and their doggies are cute! Bring treats! ?

My daughter had a accident in my 2017 Ford pick up, took it straight to champlain's to get an estimate, everyone was so on top of things, I just left it, I had my vehicle back in a little over 5 days, you would never know that it was in a accident . The fit and finish was amazing and the color is spot on. Would highly recommend Champlains for all your automotive collision repairs.
