I have banked with Community Bank for a number of years. Until recently, when Branch Manager Kimberly Lavato, started working for the Pueblo, CO branch I had very little communication with ANY bank personnel. Kimberly reached out to my husband and I offering us various available accounts that would provide us with a better interest rate that we were unaware of. Kimberly is very knowledgeable with the banking system and proved in being very helpful with our personal accounts. My grandfather was at this bank for many years, then I took over and....: This is the most unpleasant bank I've seen in my life, I dread having to go there, they're equally unfriendly, unhelpful, and uncooperative. Whether it's in person, the drive thru or on the phone, when the transaction is mercilessly done, I think: " they must have disdain for life itself." I can't wait to give these leeches the ol heave-ho. Change my mind!
