The manager Donivan was very helpful. Unfortunately I had went to the store on 4th Street and they were no help at all. Donivan was fast, polite and extremely knowledgeable. This gentleman definitely deserves a raise!

I was very happy with the customer service at this location .I was treated with professional courtesy, Andrew was a great help in getting my new phone going .very helpful and manager was also great. I would recommend this location if you are shopping for a phone or new plan.😊

I wanted to port 3 numbers with the free A14, and the lead Donivan told me I had to buy A15's with $360 with Accessories, why do I need to pay for Accessories if I don't want! Manager Jasmine was right there when he told the chargers and cases and screen protector was free but I paid $633 for 3 phones! Worse service ever! It turns out I paid for 3 chargers at $39.99 each and 2 liquid glass $39.99 each and 2 cases at 29.99 each and 49.98 for a case with screen protector. I am ? that the manager Jasmine was there and didn't even help me.

Went in to get a new phone and Donivan the manager helped me and he was extremely professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful in getting me the best price possible. He knew how to set everything up quickly and efficiently. Donivan made it a very pleasant shopping experience and I am very thankful for all of his help!

My experience at this store was terrible. They were not open to addressng my issues even as directed by corporate. The manager used language like we wont waste inventory on customers. Cricket was not open to solving my issue with out my doing the work. Here a number you call is their service.

Most of the staff are nice and friendly. But I have had nothing but problems when I go into the stores to pay my bill. System is always down no matter which store I go to.
