Jerry & Saul picked up a replacement bed for Jerry's pickup, which had been stolen in Lamar. The theives trashed his truck. He is slowly rebuilding it back to its original condition. Daurio Auto Trucks gave him an excellent deal. Saul was able to spend time with his daughter and granddaughter too.

Huge Pro & Con: Pro - discounted retrieval fee from about $900 to $340 and stopped the daily accrual fee. HUGE CON - when looking at my truck, the technician determined that it would not be with attempting to jump start the vehicle due to (what he said) the steering column not working properly. The key would not come out, and it would not start. I asked if we could try anyway, but was denied. When the tow truck came, THE FIRST THING HE DID was jump it. Started right up. When I went to mention this to the technician after, he accused me of lying, saying that I had said the condition of the vehicle was as such, not him. This was the excuse given as to why he refused to jump my GMC. I may not know a whole lot about vehicles admittedly, but I am well aware of what I have said vs someone else. Not owning up to YOUR MISTAKE is a DIRT BAG move. Just saying. Further debuting you were wrong when confronted with the truth of the vehicle being started right away is denial and stupidity.

Horrible and rude customer service! Ross said they had the part in stock they had to pull it. I never heard from him and called him the next day he said the part was missing. He said he found it somewhere else and would let me know if it was in stock. A few days later I call he said he couldn’t tell me if the part was available I then cancelled it! I was never told about a restocking fee. I received the part the day after I canceled it and it was damaged and it looked like it was dug up from the ground. He had then charged me 100 dollar restocking fee on a part I cancelled and arrived in a box that was destroyed. Save you money and go elsewhere!!!

Was having issues locating a part for my wife’s truck. She ended up contacting Carlos and he was able to locate the part and answer all of her questions. He was very patient and provided exemplary costumer service. During the process she also spoke to Greg and again the customer service was not lacking. This company was able to turn a stressful situation into a manageable one through kindness and going the extra mile to insure the best outcome we could expect. I would definitely recommend Daurio Auto.

Huge shout out to Greg Daurio! I had my truck at local mechanic shop which claimed I need a very hard part to get my hands on, so Greg ordered the part for me. The local mechanic said that the part was defective and he couldn't help me out unless I got a new part. After notifying Daurios about the supposedly "defective part", Greg paid for my truck to be towed to his own mechanic and it was fixed within a few hours of my truck being delivered to Greg's mechanic. Greg not only paid for my towing, but he refunded my $1,600 for the part minus a small S&H fee (that I didn't even need, even though the other mechanic shop said I did). What would have cost me over $2,000 at the 'other local mechanic', Greg had it fixed like new for $175. Greg and the Daurio Team are honest, reliable and stand behind their word! Awesome...thank you Sir!

Probably the absolute worst place you can get parts at. Every single time I use these guys or rather try to use these guys there is some kind of issue. The latest after ordering a part over a week and a half ago every time I call they change the shipping date well come to find out they never even pulled the part. (How can the shipping date change if the part is still on the car)Worst customer service from any junkyard ever. I believe the problem is all the employees are very lazy. There are plenty of other places out there to use highly recommend using another place. Next time I will go out of my way to use another junkyard.

Called on a part they said they had. I told them I'd be right over, and after getting there, they said they would have to pull the spare tire, and they'd call me when it was ready to pickup. They never even called.

It was a great overall experience from the moment I called and got their professional answering service to speaking with Carlos. He had me answer as in if they had the part quickly. I picked it up the next day and all electronics worked on it. Price was very fair since they remove the part you need from the vehicle. Definitely the only salvage yard I will be using in Pueblo! ??

The staff was super compassionate about our situation ( weekend tow due to t-bone accident). We were from out of state and they met us at the tow yard to retrieve our belongings on a Saturday. The driver was so nice
