Although they were busy, they worked me in for a flat on the day before Thanksgiving. Wait was only 1 1/2 hours which was excellent, considering the fact I didn't have appointment and it was day before major holiday. Thank you Discount Tire -- this is why I have been a customer for over 20 years!

I went here on Pueblo Blvd location on Saturday near closing time and they were stilll happy to help me with my flat tire.They sold me a new one and explained to me how riding on one different tire than the others isn't a good idea but I had a warranty on the one that was flat at Colorado tire but it was too far too drive and it was near closing time and I knew I wouldn't make it there in time.So I had no choice but to buy a new tire.Anyhow, they replaced my tire very quickly and I was on my way.Thank you Discount tire I appreciate you!

These guys did amazing!! Was honest and helped me make the perfect selection of tires for my car. I had a flat on a bad tire and needed new ones anyway, so they had me in and out as fast as they could. I might drive all the way down to this location next time I need tires.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My disappointment is with stocking. I come from an hour away and 2 times in the last year I’ve come in with a flat tire for my truck and car. The tire needs replacing and they have to order and I need to come back for replacement.

3 hours for tire rotation. Not sure if declining the wipers (that weren’t in stock) caused an issue…but was told the people who came after and went before were“Appointments” so apparently you just need to make an appointment, so you’re not disappointed/confused. Other than my day being gone…good work as usual.

A great experience again - was here last summer for a flat repair.. had to visit again today, due to a damaged tire on my way to work.I had all tires covered with warranty certificates, so I got the damage one replaced at no charge- and had to replace the other side to match treadwear. Overall great experience and they got everything done in a timely manner.

We have been using Discount Tire exclusively for over 20 years. They have not always been perfect, but no business is. When they make a mistake, however, they make it RIGHT! I want to mention this store and Paul, specifically. Paul recognized an unsafe situation with existing tires and immediately went above and beyond to help us get new tires. My wife just got new tires on her car here and the same wonderful experience. An amazing company and this store on 6 Thames in Pueblo is the BEST.
