Dressing rooms not open,Bathrooms not open.Overpriced- 24.99 for a sports bra.So if I buy a pair of pants and they don’t fit, and I bring them back, then I only get store credit.Goodwill is just a money grab. Then when you go to checkout, they ask you if you want to round up. That has to be a tax deduction for the owners. And I (used to) donate a lot of stuff,But with all the changes, I will shop local thrift stores (such as St Paws, or Rescued Hearts) where all of the money goes to charities , and all of the “employees” are volunteers. The CEOs of this corporation make too much money (google it) and are really screwing customers.

Great Good Will! large, organized, great layout. Prices were about the same as other thrift stores with some bargains and some items overpriced.

This Goodwill is a pretty good one and I can usually find several things I want. Disappointed that the fitting rooms are no longer open. I tried everything on in the aisle and under/over my dress. It would be a different story if you could get your money back for returns, but you can only get store credit. I spoke with at least one other person who decided to not bother buying anything because she couldn't try on the stuff she was wanting. I didn't bother the staff because I know it's a corporate decision, and otherwise everyone was very pleasant!

We (attempted) to buy a mattress set several months ago for my elderly Father. This location gladly took our $210, with my lady paying earlier in the day and for me to come later that day to pick up with my truck. When I arrived, the staff and manager told me there was no mattress in stock and would call me as soon as the next delivery arrived so we could get the mattress we purchased. Weeks went by and no response. Multiple times my lady and I separately called and visited the goodwill and still no mattress. I spoke with a couple different managers who wrote down my information and promised they would call me when they got one in stock. Fast forward to now and they have accused us of lying about buying a mattress, how it is impossible they sold us a mattress they didn't have, and have given us a number to a nonexistent higher level manager to call. This is how a non-profit operates? We have frequently supported Goodwill as customers and donors for many years. My Father has back problems and has been waiting several months for this new mattress. At the very least, we should have been given a refund so we could buy a mattress from another company that cares about their customers and community. We still have our receipt, unknown why they would treat us this way and sell nonexistent products. I am willing to remove or change my review if someone will actually help us. We did not give this $210 as a donation, we wanted a mattress for our family.

What kind of place sells mostly clothes but and has dressing rooms but refuses to let people use them to try on clothes? This one apparently. This used to be my favorite goodwill. It has a huge selection of clothes perfect for growing kids. But they closed the changing rooms permanently, and won't let you return items for your money back, only store credit. It's a rip off.

I've only been here a year, and this location went downhill so fast. Not only are you now unable to try clothes on, they won't give you a refund for a return. "Store credit" is not a refund. I will have to drive further out for thrift store needs. (They also have a tendency to dunk some clothes items in a chemical that won't wash out, if the item is in that bad of shape, you shouldn't have accepted it.)Good day, Goodwill.

For the most part I really love this store. My only complaint is I wish some items were more affordable. Some stuff isn't priced terribly but some stuff is absolutely outrageous. I needed a work shirt and they had one brand new that they were charging more for than it originally cost, I know this cuz it had the original tag and their tag on it. It is at least always nicely sorted and there's a lot of variety. The staff there is always friendly.

Love shopping Goodwill! We don't get as nice of stuff as the larger cities, but often we have decent finds. I was pretty disgusted last time though, I picked up an item in the kitchen section and it smelled bad like urine! Otherwise good experiences. Wheelchair parking, but often items are on shelves too high for wheelchair uses to reach.

I was disappointed to learn that the dark haired heavy set woman who has been deliberately insulting to me at every visit actually enjoys a position of responsibility here, and I'm sure that if the text record of my targeting network is ever investigated this insufferable individual will be on it.

DONT BUY ANYTHING AND PLACE ON HOLD. they will not promise you the product when you get there. I bought a desk on 4/19 at 1:30pm and on 4/20 at 1:00pm I went to get the desk. which means I was still in their 24hr hold policy. I get there and they tell me they have sold it to someone else! As furious as I was, I tried to reason with them But Tiffany the manager proceeded to tell me that none of it was their fault. She wouldn't take any responsibility for the mistake they made. she Also explained that this happens often. very very disappointing. Would not recommend this goodwill for their service was not proper protocol.

Sticker shock warning. High prices plus these jerks receive items with power adapters intact and they remove the power adapter from clock radios or other devices and sell them separately to make more money. Really or items that are boxed they remove a complete set and sell each item individually for more profit. I've seen this first hand. Complete box of dishes removed from packaging and priced individually. Ya greed at it's finest. All these thrift stores found a way to skirt the system as non profits but pay workers minimum wage or use volunteer so not to pay workers.

This is a really nice goodwill. They keep their store really clean. The associates are very nice. I didn't grab a cart. And an associate saw me struggling and brought me a cart. That was so nice. Very good customer service. I wish I'd gotten her name to let their mgmt. Know. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
