I called to get the name of one of the employees just now for an incident, that happened this morning. The lady that answered transfered me over to Eric the manager. I asked and he hung up on me. Is this a normal way to treat customers? One that has most likely spent 100s of my dollars in the store. Rude and uncalled for. I will be reporting the incident of what I witnessed and how the manager is treating customers.

I had to go to a 2nd store to get more of what i wanted and they were so nice to me. I bought Christmas gifts out of the more expensive isle n bought myself the same because the products were so nice. They will make excelent gifts.

It was nice, but there was a person that was really rude there. When we wanted to get by, we said can you please move and she gives us a disgusted look and gets up rudly and walks away rudly.

I can't believe I went back to this dollar tree. I was treated so badly Iast time by the manager I said I would never go back and I was in there at least twice a week. People get a title and their head blows up. It's amazing. I was screamed at from the front of the store and I am in the middle then followed through out store being yelled at because my 5 lb yorkie was in her purse in the cart. Then she proceed to tell me other managers wouldn't let her in either. Nope she was the only manager to say something to me. Had she come up to me face to face and spoke to me like I had a human being I would have no problem leaving. But she didn't. She got right behind me yelling at one point and I have PTSD and it was significantly triggered. U don't do that to someone with PTSD OR ANYONE. PERIOD!! This storr always has boxes stacked up high and I have posted those pictures. Anyone with a handicap couldn't get down aisle

Usually a nice dollar tree mostly well stocked. People here are generally nice and great to conversate with. However my experience trying to exchange not even return something, with a receipt, 8 days old, was not as it should have been. All employees should be aware of the return policy.

I was buying spoons and they followed me around and was peeking around the corner of I guess if it was Walmart I didn't sell anything from there and they wanted to accuse me they had me confused with somebody else
