From reserving online to opening the storage door, and everything inbetween, was easy, clear and concise, friendly, accommodating, and just pleasant. Dennis, who isn't normally there except Mondays, did a great job and gave us great service. Location is clean and in good working order, in a safe location. Highly recommend!

Blue Star was very pleasant to rent storage from. The areas are secure and clean. I would rent from them again.

Very helpful and made sure I wasn’t surprised by extra fees for waiting one day longer than I did. Not only that but Max helped me even tho family matters came up and he had to leave office. Amazing customer service! Thanks so much for all you did to make my miserable move easier

DO NOT STORE HERE!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR THE RESERVATION AND THEN I COULDN'T EVEN GAIN THE GATE CODE NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER THEY TOOOk MY MONEY! NO WAS IS AT THE OFFICE OR ANSWERED THE PHONE. ILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND!

The entire experience was so awesome that I couldn’t say enough good things about it. Max was very thorough and explained everything completely and when we needed an extra unit he gave it to us without any hassle. I was surprised that there are still some people who believe in customer service and support. The units are so clean that I hoped nobody would see the dust on the furniture we were storing. There is shade and the fact that security is really important - this is a place I would quickly recommend to anyone and everyone who has a need for extra storage. Yep! GREAT PLACE!♥️
One thing that I believe should be changed….
If you don’t use the entire month for storage, money should be refunded promptly.

Things changed on my end and I never actually moved in.
Great experience with the manager though. Highly recommend.

Renting storage with 4415 was super easy. Customer service was helpful when I called. Storage facility is easy to navigate.

I just rented a storage with Storage Star Matt and Corey were great. From start to finish they made sure I was able to get the right unit to fit my family's needs. The facility is nice and clean with 24 hour surveillance. The customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend 👌
