Terrible customer service, long lines, and outragous fees. Then you tell them off and they will not do anything for you and hold your money hostage.

Worst customer service, longest lines, and abuse of check holds and nsf fees. People say wells Fargo is bad, this place is 10 times worse. If any bank needs fined this one does.

They used to be good, but they have sent out all their loans to third parties called alliance. No customer service and ENT won't help you at all.

a women bank teller was very rude & likes to humiliate people for no reason , very disappointed w the customer service. i don’t believe her job is to state opinions on personal matters.

avoid this location unless you have an hour to wait inside in the lines. Instead of opening a second location to support the abundance of customers they have, they decided to remodel the downtown location and still can’t keep the line down with this in mind, I don’t feel like they value their customers time and their line look like the Social Security offices around here. I’ll be closing my account soon and going elsewhere were taken more efficiently. Serve me.

Love the bank, but the ATMs needs service all the time which means one lane during off hours. There is always a line so long. Same with inside, hire more help? Waiting 30 minutes plus to get my cash is a bit annoying.

The employee Andrea at the bank on west 5th is very rude and accused me of taking advantage of my father . Her boss then escorted me out and didn't care how rude and disrespectful she had been I am seeking lethal advise and sure hopes she gets fired someone like her should not work with the public

Worse experience ever! Waited two hours just to NOT open an account for my child. Watched customers who got there after me get helped. Going to close my account after this.

Called the day before to make sure the ATM did cash deposits. The customer service said yes they do. Showed up today NO they do not.

After remodel, they choose to lock their doors during business hours. Don’t use their ATM inside. It refused to give my card back and after asking for a new one printed, teller chose not to help me.

Frustrating because the atms frequently are messed up. Waste a lot of time driving around because they aren’t working. Other location is across town and again, you never know if it’s going to be working that day.

They don’t accept electronic checks from about 80% of bank institutions unless it’s their own. Auto loans take 2-3 weeks for a paper check to clear beware of late fees and overdraft fees this may cause. Worst service ever. Then they want to charge you $5 for a card payment
