I truly had the best experience with this company. The customer service is beyond the greatest. If I could give them more stars I give them a 1000. They were so helpful and helped me get into car that I can afford since my insurance only gave × amount. Thank you. I appreciate you.

Shame on Enterprise! This location is severely understaffed. I feel bad for the one person working. He’s overwhelmed as he has to tell angry customers (with reservations) that he has no cars to rent them.Customers deserve a call, an hour or two out from their pick up time, if their car isn't available. I'm sitting in the office now, waiting for the possibility a car will be returned, which really sucks! I’m stranded if one doesn’t come in, so I’m not happy. I’d say pick another location if you’re looking for a quick in and out experience. You won’t find it here.

One of the managers named Derek Salinas of Enterprise Rental Agency at 303 E 1st Street in Pueblo, Colorado was the most ineffectual manager my husband and I have ever come accross. In any venue! He was completely unhelpful and in fact tried to send us to the competition, Avis. We were in a terrible motor vehicle collision and barely escaped with our lives and then we were stranded in Pueblo Colorado waiting for a rental from the East 1rst Street location to get us back home. We have full coverage, and our insurance company is actually a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual, the company that actually owns the Enterprise Car Rental Agency conglomerate. That didnt help us at all, in this case. Mr. Salinas made us check with him every day for three days only to tell us he had his own problems and couldn't help us. Every time. Then our insurance adjuster made the suggestion that we try to get to Colorado Springs for a car at an Enterprise there, and when we called the Enterprise Rental Agency in Colorado Springs, a wonderful representative named April informed us of the Pueblo West location. This was something Mr. Salinas had entirely neglected to inform us of, even its very existence. Mr. Salinas instead opted to try and palm us off on the Avis Car Rental agency. This agency requires a $250 refundable deposit we just couldn't afford after the expensive take-out meals and motel room expenses and uber rides we had racked up just tring to survive without a vehicle in a town we know very little about. I don't know what Mr. Salinas problem is, other than he is an incredibly poor manager with virtually no ability to deal with the public in a professional and or dignified way. My husband and I were always polite and mostly even tempered with this guy throughout our many many interactions. Every time we had to deal with him he made sure to let us know his problems far outweighed our trivial near death experience and then subsequently being stuck in a place where we had no family or connections of any kind and having to depend on the wrong delayed or he just plain withheld the information we so desperately needed to avoid spending hundreds of dollars we had to borrow and will owe for several months until tax refund time. The man has a horrible jeering laugh to boot, so every time he got to tell us no and too bad and come back tomorrow, he would laugh as if that were the funniest thing that he had heard all day. It was a nightmare experience with a manager that sounded more like a barking carney than an individual who cares about his job or the customers he anything but helps. After finally getting good information from an Enterprise agent the next city over, we contacted the Pueblo West Enterprise and they helped us right away. As of this writing we will be picking up our rental tomorrow at 1 pm and finally we will be able to go home. If Mr. Salinas had been willing to give us the correct information from the beginning, we could have gone home three days ago and avoided much anguish and expense for us. Too bad he doesn't seem to like his job or the people he's supposed to help. I'll let you guys know Part II of yet another American Breakdown Saga, after tomorrow! It really is true that sometimes it doesn't matter how good your coverage is. It only takes one bad manager in the whole series of people you need to deal with in a situation like this to end up costing you dearly, in time AND money. Thank God my husband and I and our animals made it out of that accident with our lives and our physical health, and thank God we get to go home, finally! We've been in Pueblo since January 5th and we're so happy and excited to finally get to go home!

Following an unfortunate accident, I was able to rent a Toyota RAV-4 from the wonderful folks at Enterprise in Pueblo. Shout out to the team of Griffin, Keanu, Cody and Gracie, who were professional, supportive, accommodating and kind. My repairs took much longer than expected, and the Enterprise team worked with me to extend the rental time, which lasted five weeks! I'm a thrilled customer and would recommend the Pueblo, Colorado, Enterprise business to anyone needing a vehicle. I can't say enough good about these folks. Many, many thanks.

Absolutely useless. If you don't have a credit card and are using an out of state debit, you'll be stranded here. Money is money and they don't seem to care that people need help and CAN PAY FOR THE RENTAL. Fucking ridiculous.

The absolute worst! They "tried to reach out" to book my reservation through my insurance company.Their "reach out?"One call from an unknown number. No text, no email, no effort to try again.Completely worthless.Find another job, you've completely failed at this one. I hear mcdonalds is hiring...Less than one star, id possible.Last time I rented a car from tgem, they tried to claim I damaged it...6 months after the factRent from someone else. These people are a disaster.

Keanu was an absolute lifesaver. I had an accident with a deer and needed a long term rental. Every aspect of the situation was a mess including my car insurance and their coordination with enterprise. Honestly, the only person who even seemed to be actively working on my rental was Keanu beginning to end. Most everyone else in the office was quite rude.

This place is super deceitful and not up front about fees. We only got the car rental becaise we were told the car rental would only be an additional 5 dollars a day on top of what the insurance was covering, which we figured would only come out to 100ish dollars for the time we had it. Come to find out our bill is over 300 dollars because there are a bunch of fees they forgot to specify when we booked. If you are gonna charge people that in addition at least warn them when they get the car. Thank you for adding on to our headache of having our car vandalized. Won’t ever be back.

No available vehicle for 5 days, called Hertz and they had a car for me that morning when I called. Thinking Enterprise would have a few vehicles on standby for car accidents. 1 star as the people at the branch were nice.

So I'm getting to rent a car for just one day on the 27th to take a blind lady up to have eye surgery in Colorado Springs. I literally just need the car from 8:30 to 2:30, I can't guarantee to have a car ready for me that day and I can't even rent the car but it was available because I have no credit cards. So people who do not have actual credit cards cannot rent ever? I am 39 years old and I've never had a credit card by choice. If I were to get in an accident wouldn't that insurance I'm going to be purchasing cover all the issues that they're mentioning why they need a credit card for?
