  Driver delivered a pkg at 830pm. Put it on the sidewalk next to street 100ft from my house because we lock our property gate after dark and he actually thought it would still be there in the morning? Can't bring it back the next day? Text saying you are delivering or coming to deliver late....8:30pm come on FedEx do better.

  I often order from companies that ship exclusively with fed ex. I often get emails saying package should arrive between (example) 9-11 am and it rarely does. Most recently (xmas season) it sent emails that package would arrive on this day...and never did. National number can't provide you with a local contact number... read full comment

  FedEx ground, can't even make the package to the porch, just a few steps more, just toss it in the drive way by the garage where everyone driving by can see it.
