The cashier was obviously new and pretty confused about what was going on. The manager was there cuz he had to go run and get him in the back somewhere. But my problem did get solved eventually

They lost my chemo meds. I need them by Monday and will now loose my authorization to take them.
There’s no one to call. I went by and the young woman wont help
They lost my chemo meds between Denver and pueblo and no one will help. I am speechless.

I went to UPS to send my mother a package as it was near another errand I was running. They wanted to charge me over $400 to send a box of gifts that weighed about 6lbs. This wasn’t overnight, but for several days later. Noped out of there and tried my luck here at FedEx. They not only charged a reasonable amount, they were very kind and packaged it for me. They got it to her the same day UPS would’ve at a fraction of the cost. 10/10 would recommend!

I had to take a day off of work to sign for a package. No biggie! Package did not arrive that day. Had to take a second day off to sign for a package. Was in the shower when they showed up to deliver it. I just missed them as they were driving two houses down to deliver another package. I tried flagging them down. I politely hollered at the guy as he got out to deliver the package at the other residence. I was completely ignored. They drove off looking at me eye to eye.
Who's going to compensate me for the two days that I took off to receive this package when it clearly wasn't delivered in the time frame that they stated on their website.
Pueblo is horrible. The people, the companies, the workers, whatever they're horrible!!!!!
