Would rate 0 stars if possible. At the register to buy new shoes a worker named Adam was asked for help by a war veteran; the war veteran signaled by pointing at the worker for assistance with his shoes, the worker stated “I find it disrespectful to point fingers at people,” unbeknownst to the war veteran of what was wrong he attempted to apologize with a hug, the worker being in a pissy mood shoved him almost knocking him back, still the war veteran perused at least for a hand shake while saying “I’m sorry if I did anything wrong,” ignoring the matter Adam walked into the back to complain to a manager in what seemed to be his own story on the matter. Now to a war veteran this is extremely disrespectful especially to just watch and not be able to do anything. Assaulting people is unacceptable and crying to your manager to remove someone from the store that had no clue to what was wrong is not only a was to promote bad management but should be fireable offense. 0/10 stars.

Worst customer service experience of all time. Tried 3 times, it gets no better. Unmanaged teenagers that cost this company a ton of money and business. Hope things change soon, but it doesn't look promising

Worst customer service ever! Take your business elsewhere! I’d give “0” stars if I could. My daughter and son picked out some shoes and clothing. I was going to spend at least $500 on shoes alone. We stood there for a good 10 minutes near the front registers waiting for someone to help us, (obviously needing help as I had a shoe in my hand.) There was even an employee who walked right by us, totally ignoring us after I said “excuse me mam, can I get some help.” We waited another 5 minutes obviously needing assistance. Not one person acknowledged us, at least 3 employees were available to help out, one was even texting on her phone. It wasn’t until I was done, placed our items on a bench and walking out did the busiest employee in the store come out from helping customers at the cash register to ask if we needed help. We took our business to Footlocker and were acknowledged the minute we stepped in the store. I even mentioned it to the Footlocker employee and he was not surprised, stating “I hear that a lot about that store.” After seeing the other reviews with the same issue, it looks like they have a big customer service problem and the managers aren’t doing a thing about it.

I love the store and loved it when it was finish line to, but the employees in there suck!!! Especially the guy with the red hair, I went in to buy a pair of tennis for a photo shoot and I wanted some Air Force 1s, I could wear a 5Y and asked if he had them in my size. He says no and that’s it. I proceed to look around to see if I can fine something else and I found them in my size, the one on the wall was my size but he is so lazy and could care less to offer any good customer service. I love shoes but he makes the experience of shopping at JD miserable although the store is great! Please get someone in there who cares about their job and takes pride in helping people out or the very least good at customer service! Customer service was great when it was finish line. I miss the blonde lady with glasses she was so helpful and informative and nice.

Terrible customer service!! The two girls were too busy talking to each other and when I approached them to ask for two shoes in my size it was an inconvenience. One of the girls got my size and said they'd bring them out. I saw a guy bring my shoes to the girl from the stock room, but she was still busy talking and didn't notice. I waited to see if she'd stop and bring them over, she never did. We put our merchandise back and walked out.

Great place to shop for Apparel and Shoes, They are a lot bigger then the Finish Line that used to be in the mall and they offer a lot more product with the extra space, Definitely the best store in Pueblo to buy from, Employees are very helpful and have a good attitude. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

I went in to get a pair of shoes. Looked at eight pairs of shoes the ones I liked and none of them were in my size. None in stock. How can u be a shoe store with no shoes in anyone's size.

Waited for someone to help as we were going to purchase three pairs of shoes. Observed two very standoffish young ladies not doing anything and another young guy just standing around as well. There’s was another employee helping out a customer doing what he needed to be doing so didn’t want to bother him. I tried getting the others attention and nothing. If you want any type of business you need to hire people who enjoy their jobs. Will be reaching out to a manager Monday morning.
