I arrived at this locating 30 minutes before they closed on sunday the 7th. A woman and a guy were there and I needed to get 3 new tires. They didn't hesitate to help me even though they were almost closed. Both of them were extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service!

They couldnt fit me in for repairs but they really tried to help despite my being hearing impaired. I appreciate the mechanic/tech being willing to work with me and my disabilities.

In June, I bought four new tires for my car at Firestone in Pueblo on 8th st. One tire deflated lower than the others and I went back to the shop on several occasions seeking repair. The cause wasn't found and the dealer said that I'd just have to continue adding air for the life of the tire. Furthermore, they wouldn't replace the defective tire and were going charge me a $25.00 fee if I came back about the same issue.

Very rude and untrustworthy. Quoted me $50 to diagnose the problem on my vehicle, then charged me $97. Just to run codes.

I made the MISTAKE of switching to firestone tires for a sale ad. First off I showed the technician the sale ad and said these are the tires that I want. He said they did not havethem in stock. But would order them in and I could make another appointment. I came back to have the tires put on my car.I drove them for 1 day and realized these were the wrong tires. I called and I said why would you take all terrain tires off of a SUV and place regular street tires on it? These were not the tires I ordered! They ordered the correct tires and I came back again for them put them on. I called multiple times for an appointment for a rotation but they were always so many days out it didn't work with my schedule. I found a different place today to have it done. Because again I called on a Friday and they were booked out til Wednesday.I went to have the tires rotated at ColoradoTire , and come to find out they crossed threaded a lug nut so badly, they told me if they continued, they could break the stud OFF. Thank God it didn't break!!! I no longer have a lug nut on the fifth stud on my tire and I now have to have it replaced!!! The STUD. Thanks but no thanks Firestone, your sales are definitely not worth it! Going back to Colorado Tire!!!

Our Daughter was traveling through the area on her way back to college. I called a week in advance to ensure she they would have the parts and have a time slot for her to get the break pads replaced and be on her way since it was a total 12 hour trip without stopping. When she arrived they only had one tech scheduled to work that day and we were told she is fifth in line to start working on her car. I was told by the person on the phone when questioned why we had to wait when we scheduled a week in advance and was told it was not her fault they only scheduled 1 tech to work that day.

I just left this location and I'll never be back. The staff there is highly unprofessional and they simply don't care about fixing vehicles right the first time. Allow me to elaborate:This is concerning my 2004 Escalade. For all intents and purposes, this is a GMT-800 platform... same as a Silverado, Tahoe, etc. This is my 2nd GMT-800. After rebuilding several cars to include an engine rebuild on a 6.0 Powerstroke, I'll take a leap of faith and suggest that I know about torquing fasteners including suspension components. I do not have an alignment rack at home.Monday, August 21st: I drop my Escalade for new tires and an alignment. They call me at noon and tell me it's ready for pickup. When I get there at 4:30pm, it was in fact not ready... their master tech had apparently called out and they couldn't figure out how to adjust the caster on one upper control arm. Weird, it's easy but okay. They told me to come back, and we scheduled Friday. I receive an alignment printout.Friday, August 25th: I drop my Escalade back off at 0700 to finish the alignment. They said they would call when it's ready. At 3pm, I had to call and verify that it was finished... they assured me it was good to go and give me an alignment printout. I pick it up at about 4:45pm, they close at 5. Driving down the road, my steering wheel started drooping to the right and the vehicle would pull left and pull right randomly. I pull over and see the right front wheel is leaned out at the top. Sure enough, they did not torque the upper control arms to spec.Saturday, August 26th (today): I drive on over at 0700 and explain the problem to the service manager. He was very understanding and said he would talk to his guys when they get in. I Uber back home and wait. At 1100, I call to check in... it's ready they said. I confirmed over the phone if they torqued the upper control arm bolts, they indicated they had. I Uber back over at 1:30pm and meet with the gal working as the service manager. She said "I was told to just give you the keys." This threw me off, where is my alignment printout? How do I know these brand-new tires are going to wear evenly? Frustrated, I asked to speak with the technician to understand how he torqued the upper control arms. She brought me back to the shop area and he refused to come talk to me, but he was yelling at her. I felt so bad for her... for now. She came over to me and said that he "zipped 'em down with an impact". Now for car and engineering illiterate, he didn't measure the torque applied to my upper control arm bolts... he used a high-powered tool to twist the metal until he thought it was "tight". This is not how GM designed their IFS to be tightened, you must use a foot-pound torque wrench. If you don't, it will either yield the bolt or loosen up. I see her on the phone with who I assume is the manager, then she comes in and asked for my keys so another technician can take a look. I sit and wait in the lobby. This is where things got interesting. She came back into the lobby, gave me my keys and told me "You can go now." Pressing the issue, I asked where my alignment readout was. She said the machine didn't print one out... but I could come back tomorrow and get a read out. I explained that I've been here three times in the past week and I don't want to come back again. I asked for a manager, allegedly she is the manager... sure. I asked for an alignment printout, apparently everyone else is more important than me as she said they have other people to get to. I asked for a refund on just the alignment... get this... because the did "work", they won't give me a refund. Yet they also won't prove that one was done.If I knew the "Lifetime Alignment" meant I was going to spend a lifetime trying to get my Escalade aligned, I would have given my business elsewhere. Do yourself and all of us on the road a favor and don't let these un-professional

0/10 took my car here for a simple front end alignment after some small alignment issues was told the technician could not find the factory spec’s but was able to fix the toe when I left in my car in had a hard pull to the right had to hold the wheel more then a quarter of center to drive straight and rough riding that was not present before appointment. reported the issue got a new appointment was told they could do nothing because all front control arm bushings were torn, so I replaced the the control arm bushings only one of which was worn and decided to take it elsewhere where the fixed the previous issue caused by this store want my recommendation take it to Prigmore’sService: Steering & suspension repair

I’m a woman traveling from Texas to Oregon and had a flat tire when I came out of my hotel yesterday morning. I was able to keep refilling my tire every hour so I could get the Firestone in Pueblo (I have Firestone tires purchased in TX). I got to the store at 4:30 (30 minutes before closing) and the door was locked. A young woman came over and unlocked the door. I told her I was traveling through and had a flat tire emergency and she told me that they were already closing up and had already shut down their compressors and they couldn’t help me. Wow. Thank God my tire held out until I was able to get to my next stop in Fort Collins, where I made an appt online with the Firestone there to fix my tire at 11am the next morning. They then called me the next morning and said they could not fit me in. Thank God there was a Les Schwab in Fort Collins, they got me in immediately and fixed my tire…I’m never going back to Firestone!

This place was great! Got a flat at two in the morning and had my car towed here. I called the next morning, and they didn't have my tires in stock, but they ordered them and told me what the total was going to be. I got the same size tires on all four corners of my 2016 Tesla Model X. They had it done by the next day. Would be 5 stars, but the alignment machine was not updated, so they couldn't do the alignment.

Gave them a tire with a puncture in the middle of the tire, came back with a decent size bubble in it forcing me to get a brand new one
