I would give less than 1 star if a choice. Not for its products but for crazy horrible customer service. Wow, they wanted me to keep taking pictures of broken glass in a box the liquid Comte my ruining the candle included and even when I sent multiple pics I was told not good enough, even with jagged glass edges sticking out and even after my granddaughter knocked the box over and could have cut herself. The nanny of course took a picture and then threw the box with glass shards away and what was I told, we need more pictures. Perhaps the person in customer service is an alcoholic or very depressed because a healthy person would not respond the way they did. And what is lousy is that the soaps are nice and I was planning on including them in many gifts going forward but I would not do that now. Would not want to advertise a company with scarily bad customer service.

Not much as far as customer support and if you comment about it an issue you may be experiencing with a product on their Instagram, they will delete it and not respond. I received a facial mist in Christmas by a friend and unfortunately my face is sensitive to it (not that its the company's fault as everyone's skin reacts differently to different products, my face is sensitive to this mist and turns red from it). I commented on a photo that im sadly sensitive to this facial mist and was wondering if they offered a solution to maybe trade it in for a different mist or maybe a way for me to get something else as a plethora of skincare companies offer solutions when a product doesn't work with someone's skin so i didn't think it would hurt to ask. Instead of a simple "I'm so sorry this product didn't work for you! Unfortunately we do not offer such solution" they deleted my comment and ignored me. I then messaged them and they never got back to me but posted the next day. I dont know if I trust a company that deletes comments if they aren't praising them.. You'd figure they'd want honest feedback on their product. I never trashed on their company or their products but simply expressed my skins sensitivity. I never really got to try Formulary 55 like I wanted to. I was polite in my comment and after it was deleted after a few hours, I expressed confusion and re-asked my question in my direct message to them. If the product works for you, thats great! They'll thank you for the feedback. If a product doesn't, you won't get much help which is odd for a skincare company. I did also receive a body mask for Christmas which was nice, which is why this isn't a one star review but I cannot look past the deleting comments and ignoring customers thing..

Thumbs down, trash company, trash customer service. liars and thieves. And you can't get anyone on the phone to address issues.

The best soap you will ever use. Sea Salt and Lavender, Agave and Teakwood, and Aloe Leaf and Mint are three of my favorites. Once you use these, you'll never go back to anything else. The hand sanitizer (ginger blossom) also smells so great. Try not to buy the whole inventory. I dare you.

They took my money and did not deliver their products. They accused me of requesting that the package be delivered to the post office which is not true. My order clearly stated my home delivery address. i went anyway to several post offices and no one had any idea of that Cordelia was talking about. I told her that i never asked them to deliver to post office. Cordelia kept insisting that i go around in quarantine times to different post offices to find it for her and then have the post office email her. I mean since when does the post office do that. She refuses to refund me back my money and cancel my order. I never received the products that I paid for. She posted my personal home address on her public Facebook page then deleted the entire conversation so people cant see how unprofessional she is. I just disputed my charges with my credit card. I emailed Cordelia and told her I was going to do that and that I would tell everyone how she does business. She emailed me back and said she is not refunding me and she will deal with my credit card and is done talking to me. She was rude and did not care. So save yourself the headache and your money and shop somewhere else.

Shopping at Formulary 55 is an experience to be savored. Yes, one can purchase their well crafted products online from the comfort of your couch. However, being in the well designed showroom to experience the luxurious scents of each of their products is something that the convenience of online shopping can't replace.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I bought a variety of items, including a gift set, for my wife's birthday. The timing for their first Friday monthly public opening turned out to be ideal for me, so I stopped by. My wife truly loved their products, and I was more than pleased with the assistance and customer service I received.

I love Formulary 55 products and look forward to the first Friday each month that I can stop in! Ordering on their website is super easy, too but you can't smell all the delicious bath, body and home products!

Took advantage of some of Formulary 55's holiday offers. Amazing as always! Loved The Sugared Plum & Fig and Joyeux Noel bar soaps. Also tried their Bourbon & Vanilla hand cream for the first time. So luxurious! My hands got much needed relief! I'm hooked!
