I don't know what is going on in this town but everywhere I go employees make me feel like I'm in their way and refuse to help anyone. Your job is to stay out of customers way and assist them. An employee came up right behind me like I was in his way when trying to get trash bags. He cuts me off to kick a box of trash bags and patronize with another employee, come on man I'm a customer you don't need to cut me off to do essentially nothing and act like I'm an idiot. I've almost been hit with pallets multiple times because stupid employees can't wait for customers to pass by they need to cut you off and make sure you get out of their way or get injured. This place is going to kill some so I guess not helping anyone even when they go to the front for help is the least of their problems.

Customer service is horrible. Their management is horrible. They lie, cheat, and steal. Their delivery drivers are even worse. Yet refused to leave my refrigerator on my ordinal delivery date and said yet would be back but then they didn't come back and I had to reschedule. This cause hundreds of dollars worth of food to spoil, which they refuse to reimburse me for. Don't waste your time or your money shopping here

If i could give minus score I would. This store will never get my business again. Ill go without before I give my money to them again. Nobody is helpful, the aisles are full of pallets of product, you cant even push a basket down most aisles. I stood for over and hour trying to get an online order and the woman at the customer service desk played on her phone and said she couldn't do that so we would have to wait for the person in charge of online orders. I have a dozen of stories of coming into this store and the staff never helps. Will not look up from the basket they are putting up. Appliances people arent helpful, carpet people arent helpful. This store is definitely not ADA compliant and not sympathetic to people with a disability or mobility issue. Businesses have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to become ADA compliant and this place is less than compliant. How would someone get out in an emergency. I hard to weave down aisles that had a little bit of room for me to get down. They have an attitude of go somewhere else. So I will.

Would like to give a big fat Black Hole instead of a star...the managers are liars, staff is incompetent and rude. As a contractor I am never using this store again. Because of the terrible staff I have lost thousands of dollars and all they can say, we're sorry, we're doing the best we can. They come up with every excuse in the book, lied straight to my face and when I called thembout on it, they simply dismissed me and just acted like nothing...sure, they get a paycheck thanks to my business, but now I don't get paid after a two month, $20k job turns into a loss for me. I hope HD corporate is reading this because they need to fire all these incompetent jerks. Someone needs to be held responsible.

Painful customer service. If you want to buy a tool it's much easier to buy it online and come pick it up. You're welcome I just saved you quite a bit of brain damage and a headache. I come in ready to go to buy a tool a big moment for me, and it's crickets and folks too busy to not make eye contact. A lot of hiding instead of asking me if I'm ready to go well I'm literally holding a Milwaukee product on my iPhone in front of the Milwaukee item I want behind the cage waving my iPhone in the air. Seriously watch the surveillance. Painfully low IQ customer service. I understand it's Pueblo but Jesus just replace the store with a giant vending machine if we're going to have such low IQ service. At least a vending machine would be convenient!

Had to return some items to the store , you'd think no big fuss well I handed over all my items to the woman at the counter who did not scan all my items. Didn't realize until I was gone , was originally a 1 because I spoke to one manager who seemed like it was no big deal. Luckily I spoke with another later that day who was more understanding and quickly resolved the issue.

Home Depot is a giant hardware store. They sell everything from tools to plumbing, to gardening, lumber, appliances, paint, and so much more. This location has a decent selection. Not the biggest store around but certainly adequate. It has many workers around to give assistance when needed.Prices are comparable to other big box hardware stores (aka Lowes), and much better than smaller chains (such as Ace).Home Depot has a website and app which are both pretty spectacular. You can search for items in stock at a particular store before making the trip down. You can also order things to get shipped to your home or to the store. Many items arrive next day or you can even get same-day pick up!Home Depot's hours are wide and vast, opening early in the morning and staying late, seven days a week.This location is located very conveniently on a main road near the highway. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Took 2 1/2 hours to purchase a garage door and four trim boards the associates were standing around at the registers talking to each other the one in lumber that was supposed to get the trim boards was on her phone and nobody wanted to do anything I will take my business elsewhere

If you ever need help finding anything for any project while your at this location, definitely ask for "D" he is incredibly knowledgeable, sincere, and he wants you the customer to get the best results for your project that you can, even down to the types of screws you'll need for what material etc. without him, I would have botched my entire project which came out beautifully! Thank you D for all your help and expertise and taking the time to show me how things work and what tools are used for what correctly ***(This review for a specific staff member, the overall attempts to get customer service in this store can be challenging and frustrating, some staff ignore customers completely or make them wait for assistance only to find they actually have no knowledge in hardware at all.)***

Plant center was great but what made the experience 5 stars. Nikita in self check saw me struggling with wheelchair as ND basket and stepped right up to help. She was quite the gem and a lifesaver with her help

This is the closest home Depot to my fixer upper cabin in Southern Colorado. I've been a frequent customer over the last 6 months shopping both on the fly in the store and also placing orders for pickup in advance. Every time, I've had excellent customer service. I've ordered everything from insulation to exterior doors to propane space heaters to specific tools I needed. Dealing with the numerous different departments and also sending in my contractors to pick up supplies on my behalf has been really easy. All in all, I've been very happy with the service there. The store is sometimes not as organized as I would like, but I think that has more to do with all of retail being so short staffed right now. I'll definitely be back a zillion more times finishing my project.

Compared to my Cañon Home Depot, I love this one. They actually have stuff! I have even been approached when clearly puzzled about something and someone offed help! Their lumber isn't half bad either (I am generally getting common boards). I will say the parking lot is a bit of anarchy. It just seems poorly/weirdly designed. However, I have had good luck here. Bathrooms are clean too!
