Don't shop here. They will do anything and everything to rip you off.Supplements are supposed to improve your health. Everything has soybeans, bioengineered food ingredients, & other unhealthy additives in all of the GNC products. Waste of my time & money. Don't trust the people working there to help you. Just looking to make a sale.

This is my first time going to the Pueblo mall GNC and as a person who wants to better themselves and go get supplements Ive never felt so incecure. My cousin and I went to the front desk to check out and I had two visa gift cards and I wasn't sure how much was on them, I told the lady that and the whole time she was making rude remarks and giving us dirty looks as we were trying to figure out how much was on the cards. When our cards weren't working her nasty looks made us uncomfortable so we left the store and don't plan on coming back. If your going to be in costemer service for fitness and health please be more kind and more understanding.

Unfortunantly I have to say my two most recent visits have been compleatly unacceptable. I used to enjoy talks with the knowledgeable staff and the products they carry, saddly this is no longer the case. No knowledge of products available or how to pair them to work properly. Its time for me to find a new place to go. I really and truly hope the staff gets better trained on how to look up products in order to help customers. This was the last straw for me. Wishing this location a quick and speedy recovery from the lack of customer service staff provided.

just went in to get a couple energy drinks, held the bar code towards the representative and simply asked "can i just have you scan the bar code instead of touch them" his immediate response was "how do you think we get them in the case?" as if trying to shame me for not wanting someone to touch a can that i am about to drink from, i told him obviously someone put them in there but that doesnt mean that i have to take an even bigger chance of cross contamination with even more exposer to someone touching it right before i drink from it. i dont know why your response to someone asking you to please just scan the barcode instead of grabbing the can is "how do you think we get them in the case". if you want to get an attitude with customers for no reason then maybe you should do yourself and others a favor and not work in an industry that requires you do interact with people, i would fire one of my employees on the spot if i heard them insult the customer for such a simple request.
