Everytime you call they are very rude on the phone and act like you are inconveniencing them by using their pharmacy. Some are nice but most are pretty rude to me for no reason. I am too lazy to get a new pharmacy but it would be nice to have them not answer the phone as if I'm a nuisance.

By far the best pharmacy in Pueblo...and the surronding areas. The pharmacy staff are actually available by phone to answer any questions or let you know whether a medication is in stock (and if not they can usually get it the next day). Thank you JB for making my prescribed medication needs always easy and reliable!

So I called to work out a way not to wait four to five days for prescription. I was told to call Medicaid, when I asked her if Medicaid would talk to me about the issue she said "I don't know?" So I asked "then why would you tell me to do that". To which she responded "I don't need your rudeness'. You know we don't need your rudeness either what we need are our medications so we can manage our lives. The fact that you aren't even self aware enough to recognize how rude a ineffective suggestion like that is is mind-blowing.I really did expect better from a compounding pharmacy.And just so the pharmacist knows, all that needed to be done was the pharmacy needed to call Medicaid and authorize a change of existing prescription. Now I'm calling lawyers.

You really need to keep your selfish noses out of people's private lives. I am sorry that not all of us were born the way the patriarchy wants us to be. But there is no excuse for you discriminating against us by refusing essential care because of your need to compensate for your insecurities. Go back to Russia if you want to behave in that manner!

Illegally refuses to provide trans health care medications. Report is filed with DORA since this is ILLEGAL in the state of Colorado!The response made is false and proves their being untruthful.. This is the only pharmacy claiming that they cannot order something I been getting without incident at every other pharmacy. I will be going through a pharmacy that DOES NOT lie or ILLEGALLY refuse to provide trans health care.

Loved coming to JB for my vaccinations. They're so friendly and personable. I'm moving all my future prescriptions here. It feels good to support a local business like this. They're a great resource for our community. It was also faster to get my booster here than any other place in town.

The staff are personable. If you have a question they help you quickly. If they don't have something, they will try to get it for you and let you know where you may locate it.

Super fast and friendly service! I used them for the first time today and I definitely plan on coming back! There was nobody in line and they had it ready extremely fast! This beats the huge line at Walgreens any day and it feels great to support a local business

Great customer service. We have had a couple of issues with partial refills due to product availability. However, they have offered to mail out the product when received. Unfortunately, we can't do that due to the sketchy nature of our local mail service.We will definitely use them when in Pueblo.
