“When our flight was canceled, the airline was able to get us a room at the Best Western. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The staff was very hospitable and kind. They got us into the room quickly and in the morning, provided a nice breakfast with an omelette service and waffles. I was so impressed by this hotel stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Pueblo area.”
“This is a very clean and nice hotel! The only bad thing I can say is it's location is right across the street from a convenience store that has homeless people walking around everywhere! Colorado needs to do something to help businesses not have to deal with that. They were even in the field area next to the hotel. Will not stay here again only because of that. Sorry”
“Okay to start, the receptionist Monday afternoon till evening was a complete bleep. Excuse my language, but she came up to my room bcuz the smoke alarm thing had fallen off. So she come up to my room stating "that everyone has to evacuate the building now bcuz of that. Then she tells my brother that we have to leave. And mind you I'm in the bathroom at the time, then she made us leave. And to boot, she continues to tell me people I'm with that my brother and I were smoking cigarettes on the 3rd floor. But if we did everyone would've smelled the smoke, then she tells my friends that she seen my brother trying to hide something behind his back. Plus she says that she seen something black on a piece of foil. And she lives on the east side and she knows junkies bcuz her nephew is a junkie. Then my friend tells that chick that we're on methadone, she continues to say that "she knows a bunch of people that go there and still use". She was 1000% lying about everything and she just profiled us. She had no reason to get us thrown out, she got us thrown out bcuz SHE LIED! I will be down there later on today to file a complaint in person bcuz she deserves to get fired, I'm sorry but she got us thrown out for no reason.#ProfiledRooms: They were e clean..”

“Clean and friendly staff! Nice breakfast. Visited family and needed a new place to stay and SpringHill Suites did the job. There are a few Fastfood places to eat BUT if you have time stop by the Boardwalk, it's only a 3 min drive from the hotel but have some nice restaurants and you can walk along the river.”
“I stayed here for 5 nights and I was extremely pleased with the room and especially the staff. The manager was outstanding!! Very accommodating. I hope the company is able to recognize what an asset he is. The hotel isn't super fancy but neither am I. Great value. Clean.”

“Usually really low prices, no deposit if you are from out of state travelling. Chill staff, no fussing or fuming. I think the negative reviews are haters that couldn't smoke inside, but still did anyways.”
“Rooms are clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff is kind and professional. Location is roughly 3 miles from the convention center where we were participating in a holistic fair. The only thing we did not like is the surprise $100 CASH deposit on the room solely because we have license plates from southern Colorado. We were informed that this is a general practice for nearly all hotels in Pueblo. This is corporate discrimination against a geographical are of Colorado residents. We will not return to Pueblo for anything other than this fair due to this discriminatory deposit requirement.
Rooms: Clean, quiet, well maintained. Blackout curtains which aid in a good night’s sleep.
Safety: Exit door remains locked, requires a room key to open. Front desk is manned 24 hours. Rooms require a card key and remain locked automatically when the doors close. Peaceful location just off highway 50.
Noteworthy details: Grab and go breakfast available in the lobby every morning.”

“Room was okay and clean. It's been upkept but by pretty unskilled (or maybe just sloppy) labor. Bed is firm.
My accessibility room was accessible for my level of mobility but I would be hesitant about a wheelchair. Curbs and main room okay but bathroom might be iffy. I didn't trust my safety to navigating into the tub for a shower.”
“They have excellent staff! Every time I have to check in, they make it easy and quick and are very helpful. Always ask if I need anything before I return to my room. It’s also a very convenient location.”
“This was a great place to stay for the weekend during a vendor event. Very clean, very quiet! And I loved that it was dog friendly! Heading dogs made me feel more at home!”
