Taylor in the H&R Block near Big 5 in Pueblo Co. was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be requesting her again next year. She took time to solve all my tax needs and was so kind and friendly. It felt like I had a family friend helping me out. We had a couple years to file at late notice and there was so much paper work involved, but she never once seemed annoyed or frustrated. She was the sweetest. I appreciated all her hard work.

I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block in pueblo since 2008. With no exception this years service was at very best horrible. I have direct deposited my return every year, for some reason this year the tax pro set me up to recieve my return via check. I have to file a special form to avoid my return going to my wifes back child support, this form was sent to the IRS with no names or social security numbers in the box the were supposed to be in. I woud not recommend, or refer anyone to do business with this store. I have left 5 messages for the tax pro to return my phone call to answer question, i havent recieved any return calls. I call the 800 number for H&R Block no return cal

I appreciate all Michelle's time and effort to get my 2020 tax and 2021 tax return easy and fast. We did have issue with 2020 and fixed for me right away!
