I discovered Armstrong Jewelers listing in Pueblo, CO on Etsy. They had listed some chunky diamond earrings that I purchased. They were never shipped so I had to open a claim with Etsy about my order. In fact, the business had been removed entirely. No "contacting seller" to try to figure out what happened, when or if it would be shipped, or anything. They were just gone. When you go to their website, they look legitimate enough... can't find many reviews. So I'm adding one. Be VERY careful working with this business.

Took my rings to get sized here. Did a great job! However 4 stars bc I also took a ring here to verify that it was real. I was told it was not real. So I got a second opinion from Carleos creations beacsue they specialized in gemstones and they confirmed the ring was real. Not sure why jack armstrongs told me incorrect info but none the less they still did a great job on sizing my rings. They r a little cheaper than carleos creations on sizing. In response to the owner there was no appraisal done. It was a ring I took in to see if it was real WG and the gems were real. I never stated what the ring even looks like so how cld u look for an appraisal?

Jack Armstrong jewelers, is Family own business for over 70+ years. And in my opinion is the best jewelry store in Colorado. The staff is friendly helpful and their jewelers are phenomenal. Some of the best jewelers I’ve ever seen. This family owned business is made every experience want to remember! Thank you Jack Armstrong jeweler’s the only place I will ever take my jewelry.

My son was looking for a wedding band for himself. This was our first stop. Upon entering I almost exited due to the odor. The woman who assisted my son did not seem particularly helpful nor knowledgeable. We left.

NO stars. My wedding ring was studded with diamonds from my grandmothers ring. I decidedi to remove them to pass to my daughter's fiancé for their engagement. The woman at Armstrong was decidedly unfriendly, said $45. to remove, $25 to mail, but said it's cheaper to mail thru P.O. A week later I picked them up. A different, also decidedly, unfriendly woman, hands me a tiny ziplock back with the 5 chips. I asked for a box plz. She said, "NO. You didn't buy the ring here so you can not have a box. What? are you kidding?I JUST GAVE YOU $45. No. No box. But I want to mail them. Shipping is $25, she barked. "But I want to mail at the P.O. since it's cheaper, so how much are they worth? SEVENTY-FIVE for appraisal." WTF! Rude people. Uncooperative and unhelpful. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT ARMSTRONG JEWELRS.

took diamond stud earring to see if resetting was a possibility... the clerk told me i would have to leave it and there was no way to determine that the returned earring would contain the diamond i gave them. she said if that was an issue i should go elsewhere and so i am looking for someone that can provide verification.

I brought in a jewel to be mounted in a pendant, I went through a catalog and picked out a setting, they said it would be two weeks for it to be done. They called me two weeks later to pick it up and it looks really nice. They didn't charge me until I picked it up and offered a box to put it in. Be aware that they are closed on weekends.

I'm so tried of the horrible service this place gives. Always an excuse for why something isn't done correct. Completely ruined my wedding ring. Uneven. The stone doesn't even set centered. After being a customer for 15+ years I will never return. Worst jewelers in Pueblo,CO.

Evil people!I went to Armstrong's today with my husband to get a ring resized ans a bracelet repaired. The salesman thought that my bracelet might be fake so he took it back to be tested. I know that it is real. My husband doesn't buy me costume jewelry, only the real stuff. This was even marked (stamped) 14ct!When he came back, he told my husband and myself that the bracelet was only gold plated and so they could only offer a store credit of $95. It would only cover the rung resize, and the repair to the other. We already knew at this point that Armstrong Jewelry was lying to us. I dont know why the salesman thought that he needed to lie to us, but there it is. I knew that it was real, but we went to K's in the mall. They tested it and said that the diamobds were real, AND that the bracelet was 14c solid gold, not plated! We didn't like their prices so we went to Riddle's Jewelry and they also tested the diamonds and gold and found everything's fine, everything was real. They offered to buy the "Fake " tennis bracelet for $250, but reccomended that we sell it on marketplace as they could only offer less than half of what it was worth as they would need to mark it up to retail.So. We will sell it in the marketplace then we will return to Riddles for any purchase! Please don't shop at Armstrong's Jewelry. They are NOT honest and they treat customers terribly!I do NOT recommend Armstrong's! They have a very loose relationship with the truth!Edit: after response by Armstrong's:By the way Jack, it is Never slanderous to tell the TRUTH!Now why would I lie? I have no reason, unlike you!
