Jessica with glasses should be educated with customer service.So she was trained to throw people's debit/credit cards back at them rudely.I wont come back because of the rude customer service I got here. I'll shop at dillards and kohls at least I feel welcome and thanked.I think Jessica is a manager.REPLYING TO YOUR MESSAGE HERE, what you can do for me is educate customer service to the girl how customers should be treated. We did our Christmas shopping online and everything was correct with the exception of one item. We went into our local JCPenney and they were able to easily credit the wrong item back to our account and helped us avoid the hassle of returning via UPS. Overall great experience ❤️?

Few men's tennis shoes in small sizes, prices on other young men's things high. Staff very kind, helpful...short staffed like all businesses.

I was harassed by an employee, who followed me around the store while I shopped. He followed me into the dressing room and banged on the door while I was trying clothes on yelling and asking what I was doing. He would not provide me with his name. I notified the manager, who shrugged her shoulders and said “well sorry”. Completely disgusted by the service here.

On par for the chain. More expensive than your average Walmart or Target for clothes but also higher quality. The employee that checked us out was friendly enough. The store was organized and in good shape

This store had no AC in it this summer, and it created mold in some of their clothes! I purchased multiple pairs of women's and men's dress pants mid summer, and they ALL developed mold within months. Gross!! I then came back in October to buy some new ones (without mold), only to find that most of the pants on their rack had mold issues! I can't believe they're selling these clothes to the public!!! Many people in CO no doubt don't know the signs of mold on clothing, so they're unwittingly buying these damaged goods. However, I'm from FL... so, I know all to well what mold looks like on clothes, and even when it just starts to develop. The management should take better care of their store with proper temperature control. Leaving their customers, employees, and products with no AC all summer is very bad business! I won't be buying anything from this JCP location again.One bright spot... the beauty micro store (used to be Sephora) within the JCP main store is nice. The STAFF are awesome!! Always so friendly and helpful! :) My mom and I had a fun time talking to one of the reps there who was really knowledgeable about the types of products she was looking to buy. I'll shop in there, but not the main JCP store.

Scheduled an interview for 5:30 2 weeks in advance, was sent a text saying that my interview was at 530 that day, show up at 530 and get asked to leave cuz ken said he wasn't doing anymore interviews, an was asked to come back at 11 the following day. If I could have done it another day you would think I'd have scheduled it that way.

I've been a JCPenney's shopper for at least 40 years, and I'm so glad they've survived this crazy economy and are still going strong! I probably visit there at least once a month, and love their selection of men's clothing.

How do you have your store open with no AC in the summertime ? I feel for those workers ! They should have this building closed until it is fixed. No excuses this is the 3rd time I've shopped here and the AC is out... Pathetic management.

I'm giving JCPenney this 4-star review primarily because of the cashier who checked us out, Teresa G. I don't shop frequently at JCPenney because it is a bit out of my personal clothes and accessory budget which is usually what I can find that fits at local thrift stores when I'm lucky. As a big and tall guy, I do appreciate that JCPenney at least has a section for us because many of the other places don't. Of course, you pay more for it. I was glad to find a couple of new items that fit that are comfortable but their selection wasn't huge. Really it's your staff that make the difference and in this case they did. I would encourage JCPenney to keep those people by ensuring a better wage for their staff because that's what's going to bring me back.

For the photo department because we were double booked to begin with. We weren’t asked our information to make sure they had the right clients, we were then rushed through the session and not even asked what we wanted to do and not treated with respect.
