I just came from Kohls and the young girl, wore glasses, slightly chubby. She was on the first check abd was very. She never looked at us, talked to the register abd we never understood what she was saying, and when asked to repeat, she continued to look at the register and spoke softly. Before she gave us the receipt she told the next customer to come up. Then when we got home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, waited 7 minutes and the phone extension number rang and said that person was not available and the voice said "good by". Then disconnected. No voice mail. Then I called a second time and got the same thing when I asked to speak to the manager. Training g should include being polite to customers.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Kohls a couple of days ago. While there were very few associates around to help, we were able to locate what we were looking for. The discounts and deals were abundant, and we decided to purchase more than we had planned. At checkout, we were cared for by Dominic and he did a great job of getting us signed up for a Kohls card and saving us a lot more money than we expected. His customer service skills were great. Lots of options for our needs. Sales going make it less expensive to shop for several items we needed.

I had the best customer service at kohl’s today the manager TJ is super friendly and helpful with my order's , i have to say finding this kind of service is rare unfortunately but true!! I highly recommend shopping here for all your household items got to also mention kohl’s has stepped it up on all their merchandise.

Pueblo Kohls receives a 5 star from me because of its cleanliness, store layout and having the items I need on the shelves.
Marcus, a Kohls associate, is so ready to help and answer any questions--Marcus is an outstanding asset to the store!!

I like shopping here it's the only store when we use its credit card that my credit rating goes up and they have kick ass clothes lines for my hole family

We have not been for quite some time and the food was delicious. Staff at the counter were great. The other staff that were on the floor were rather rude, acting like they would rather be someplace else besides work.

I had bought from an actual Sephora store some items and was going to return it here, but they told me that I can't return it at Kohl's Sephora store. It's just very disappointing! That means that I need to drive to Colorado Springs! Very, very disappointing.

Hands down one of the best Kohl's I have been in, in a long time. I wish they would improve the women's section in the middle it feels tight, dark and disorganized. Other than that great location and the staff is super nice.
