You know the saying when a deal is too good to be true, it normally is?Well in this case it most definitely was.I know hair extensions don't come cheap but I was trying to find the best price that didn't cost a lot and would do it before Halloween. On the 21st of Oct I was referred to La Las wigs, Lashes and more where the guy working there (Chad Evans) said that they could do mine for $269, that's including the hair. He said that they could get it done on Tuesday October 24th. (Not including the installation fee, which I understood) so I paid for my hair up front that day before.As the week progressed, it went from getting done on a Tuesday Oct. 24th, to the end of that week, to the day before Halloween.Their shop isn't open on Sundays or Mondays but they were willing to open on the 30th of October just to get my hair done. By then I was done with everything at this point & just wanted my money back. I normally get a gut feeling when something is wrong and I did the minute I talked to them. When you set a day to have your hair done, you don't go changing it constantly for a week.Next thing I knew they wanted yet another $200 from me to do my hair. They kept asking me if I wanted to do something different instead of what I originally wanted. This wasn't the last time they were trying to get me to change my mind on what I asked for.They came out to my house with what looked like some sort of wig when I "specifically" told them I didn't want a wig.I wanted hair extensions, not something that would cover my head. When your customer comes to you asking for something "specific" you don't agree to do what they asked you to do just to constantly change it on them.They were I guess babysitting their niece and nephew at the time so they brought them out to my house with them. Which once again I was okay with, but instead of kids who would behave, these kids not only were hitting each other but they were flipping my neighbors off as they drove by my house.I've been waiting on my refund since I asked for it back, that was on the 28th of Oct. I was told I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business day. I never got it back when I was supposed to get it. So I texted him once again that I haven't received my refund. They proceeded to tell me that I received it.Now how would they know that?? I can show my bank statements and I clearly haven't received my refund. I was told that they were going to file charges on me for criminal merchant because I supposedly had got my refund and I would've been paid twice had they given me a refund again.I'm not the type of person who is looking to steal money from anyone, I just wanted my money back for something I never received.All I could think was, are you kidding me?? You're going to threaten me and have me charged? When they are the ones who are in the wrong here. If I received my money back, I wouldn't be asking them where my refund is.Turned out the money they "sent me" was sent back to them. ?Now they decided to change their attitude.I finally received my refund after almost a month of waiting.I'm sure some people have had good experiences with them and I'm happy for them but as for me, this was beyond the most frustrating and aggravating experience of my life.I don't know what kind of games they're used to playing here but if your customer pays for something and doesn't receive it, you normally pay the customer back.I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know who wants to get their hair done.P.S I'm not a raciest, none of us are. First off my mother in law said that because she got tired of seeing me being jerked around for over a week by you guys. Not including fighting for a month to get my lousy refund back.

30$ and a hour drive each way for us to discover they didn't know how to braid straight Hispanic native hair. Which would have been fine if we were told this the day prior when they met and booked him.Nice clean shop and friendly service but this was very disappointing

I shaved my head due to postpartum hair loss. Lala made me feel 1000 times better about myself. She even helped me carry them to my car because I was holding my baby.
