I had an appointment. When I got there I sign in on the pads as directed and then sat In hallway. After a long time I asked others what time their apptWas and was informed most were drop ins with no scheduled appt. After an hour, when I was called I asked f all the people had appt and was told no they just go by first in first served. The person said she was the only one and couldn’t juggle who had appts. This is not fair to those who had scheduled times!

I just dealt with a young woman named Nikki that was quite possibly the rudest person in the entire world. She had no idea what true customer service was and barked orders at me like I was her child. The check in machines do not update your address (and hasn’t for almost 2 years) so when I asked her about it, she was extremely impolite and short. I will be going somewhere else to have my blood work done, even if it means having to drive further. These front reception women and phlebotomists are too rude.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and I've been going here for years. Jill is the very best and takes such good care of me!! I have a standing order and I am in there every month! They have me in-and-out of that place in no time. I will be going here as long as Jill is there!!

New check in system is a joke. Workers are so overwhelmed they don't know who is checked in already. I used to like this place. Change is not good in this situation.

The 2 girls that were here where super rude, they made me wait over 40 minutes to be checked in to give me my glucose drink so I can wait another 60 min before I could even get my blood drawn. A good nurse gives you the drink immediately so well you wait to get checked in its time to draw your blood. Customer service she is in the toilet now days

Had to wait over 40 minutes. They were quick once I got in. Also, the check in kiosk wasn't as easy to use for sign in. Followed the directions but needed help after scanning my insurance card. It wanted to put in the wrong company. It would have been quicker to check in with the receptionist.

I love this location ! The girls are so helpful and friendly. One of them has been there for a long time and knows her patients by first names and all. The girls are always helpful and go the extra mile to help their patients !

I think its pretty sad when I see one of your vehicles plate # OVL-035 sitting in the lot at Parkwest, and the driver is scratching lotto tickets and then throwing them out the window into the parking lot. I have nothing against the company itself, but something needs to be done about the driver. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've seen him do this, that's ridiculous. I even put my cigarette butts in my pocket for God's sake.

Too long a wait 25 minutes. The receptionist can not read cursive and actually had the "balls" to reprimand me. Not my fault they do not or did not have enough staff. The receptionist asked me if I had ate this morning, I told her I had not EATEN. Do they not teach simple English and language structure here? The only reason they got two stars is because the blood draw was good. I am a nurse but I should not be surprised, but sadly poor customer service is rampant throughout every profession.
