Update II: Lincare just called and said my husband could pick his BiPAP up tomorrow.Update I: It has now been 3 months and my husband still does not have his BiPAP. Lincare has still not bothered to tell us what is going on or to keep us updated (although they assured me 3 weeks ago they would). I have to call them for updates and when I do they always blame either my husband's doctor or the insurance. It has now gotten to the point that the doctor's office gets aggravated when we call because they say they've done everything Lincare has asked of them. I was afraid my husband would get seriously injured and that has happened as well. He falls to sleep every time he sits down and he then falls from wherever he is sitting. He fell asleep, fell over, and hit his face and eye on the corner of a hard object. If anyone knows of someone I can contact to get this taken care of, I would appreciate any and all help.My husband's doctor sent Lincare the order for a new BiPAP device 2 months ago and we have received no communication from Lincare whatsoever. We have called numerous times to no avail. We are always told his case is being handled by another department or person and we are handed off each time. The next person does the same. During multiple calls to Lincare, the agents sound annoyed and bothered by the fact that we are asking questions. We live in the Mountain time zone and are given numbers to offices in Eastern time zones that are two hours ahead of us and closed. The list just goes on and on. My husband does not have a mild or even moderate case of sleep apnea; it is severe. He cannot stay awake and has injured himself multiple times over the past two months from falls due to lack of sleep and oxygen. This is the worst healthcare experience we have ever had and we hope to never have again. Someone at Lincare needs to read this review and get my husband taken care of before he is critically injured.

I have been fighting incorrect charges for months. Always say it will be taken care of (after hours of holding) and then get another threatening letter from them about a bill. My insurance agent said they are using illegal billing practices. I recommend literally anyone else for your cpap needs.

I went thru this company to receive my oxygen after the results of my over night oxymetry weren’t good. After two weeks of my dr not putting in the notes the right way devon the sales rep got a hold of the patient advocate help line and I had my over night oxygen delivered the next day. Mike was very thorough on the instructions and setting the equipment up for me. I highly recommended using lincare for your oxygen needs.

Before, I didn’t have the best experiences with Lincare. But the last year we have been talking mostly with Devon and she is great. Anything we need she gets it taken care of immediately- last week I had a patient regulator not working and she was there that day taking care of it. Any questions we ever have she is always available for us and happy to help. We love her at Prowers Medical Center! And she’s helped us get back into using Lincare!

In my experience with working with Lincare in a professional manner due to my work duties in our clinic, they are very dedicated to ensure that orders are followed up on and not forgotten. They make sure to check on them quite frequently to ensure good and prompt patient care. They are always willing to work with the clinics in any way possible to ensure patients get what they need in a prompt manner.

It has taken over three weeks and I still don't have my machine. They say they will keep you informed of any issues but never call you. And when you call they have already canceled your referral. The Complete disregard for their patients is obvious.

DME scammers for CPAP supplies. Called office only to be told I have to call an 800# then I call only to be lied to stating they shipped out my supplies on a regular basis but owning the machine for 2 years I have only received 1 heated chamber, 2 face mask, 4 mask cushions, filters but never any head gear but their records show that I have been sent items on a regular basis more then i have described but not at my address. Really I smell an insurance scam going on here. You call only to get the run around. When they say someone is showing up to your home no one shows then they ship you out testing equipment that was supposed to be dropped off by their tech but never pick up the test equipment forcing you to call them repeatedly only to be told sorry or haha their was a mix up.

Called to see why my husband was never contacted re orders that were put in by the Dr for cpap 2 months ago, "oh I was gone on that date, someone didn't put a note in, so I never saw the order" and we need the Dr notes from before the sleep study was ordered after and for the diagnostic notes. I asked if I was supposed to contact the Dr and the company that did the sleep study, I was told yes. That I needed to tell the Dr that's what they needed. I asked shouldn't the Dr know that? Yes but if I wanted to contact them I could. Lol what a joke are you going to give me your pay also, if I'm doing your job? If I could put ⁰stars I would.

The process to get the CPAD was not the easiest. The training on how to use it was a joke. There was a cat inside the facility... Communication with this company is awful. I was just told that I need to return the machine after 3 months, due to low usage. When asking why I didn't receive a notice before the final decision, only response was "I don't show any notes, my apologies, but you still have to return the equipment."Received a voicemail from Emilio asking me to call him back. When I called back, the call center answered and ordered multiple supplies for my machine. When I asked why Emilio called me, she couldn't tell me, because he didn't leave any notes on my account. When transferred, I spoke with Tina, she was trying to help me with a concern I had with my machine. When I asked her why Emilio called, she couldn't tell me either, due to lack of notes. Finally, was transferred to him to be told that I needed to return the equipment. If you don't see an issue with what I just explained, you're part of the problem. Now, I have to start the process all over. Will ask for a different company.Work on your customer service skills, work on the cleanliness of your facility, work on training your patients better, work on doing a better job, and take pride on what you do.DO BETTER!
