My husband’s grandpa and my husband himself have had many issues here. The old bigger girl with purple hair is so rude and hateful for no reason. She shouldn’t be working in customer service if she is going to be rude to customers. She is constantly being mean and sarcastic, bottom line should be fired. Along with her coworker that is blonde she is disrespectful and rude. Never feel welcome coming here. If you come here watch out for them!

What a joke I stopped by to get $20 of gas I had a hundred dollar bill she said I would have to buy $40 in gas before she could break my $100.. Safeways across the hwy had no problem selling me $20 in gas.. won't go back to loaf and jug anymore.

Miss Sue is Amazing and she has one of the nicest loaf'n jug's in the she is very clean and tidy with her store and I just absolutely love it.

There's always an issue going into this store, especially after 8pm it goes downhill. The cashier has his buddies hanging out there and distracts him from doing his job so everyone who goes in while they're chatting gets dirty looks for going in. ALSO they need better training in the new digital ID POLICY that was approved in Colorado as a Valid ID. Also my girlfriend went in just now at 2am Aug/3/22 (she works graveyards too) to get gas & the cashier told her NO CASH! Card only.. this Loaf really needs to get it together especially the night crew. Daytime it's OK except the ID thing happened during the day shift. Also make up your mind on which side of the doors you want opened during the night

For some reason my credit card would not work and the lady behind the counter Aunna totally covered me when I couldn't get charged onto my card then told me to just pay it forward that is absolutely amazing to me that there are still kind and good people out there and I hope that she spreads all that goodness around this store really has a good employee and should reward her suchly

Stop taking our money! Figure it out ppl. If you go 1-2 times a day and they say I don't have your change think about this. On average it 35-75 cents per visit. You go 2 times a day. So at a dollar a day in a month it's 30-40 dollars not cents. I got kicked out cause I wanted my .18 . It's my money. The lady blonde clerk said she didn't have it then mysteriously she had it. It's theft any way you look at it. Stop stealing ppls money!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars if I could! Go somewhere else!

I do not recommend this Loaf n Jug. It isn’t due to policies or anything of the like. It’s due to the indifference of the staff. I purchased some vaping pods this evening. Once I left the store I realized that one of the pods was leaking. I understand why Loaf n Jug may have a policy for no returns on vaporizer products. I worked in the vaping industry for 10 years. However, I attempted to make a return. When I asked politely if he would be able to swap it he simply said “no.” Granted this is a place I regular & ive interacted with the clerk on numerous occasions. I said “oh, I know that’s not your policy but it’s probably loaf & jugs, right?” with a polite inflection. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt and elaborating he instead looked at me as if I was annoying him. Mind you, when I shop, he never looks at me, only at his phone. Never once on any purchase in the past 6 months of stopping 3-5 days a week have I ever had him address me directly. Occasionally he will say something to the effect of “what’s up” when I walk in but that’s it. Honestly that doesn’t bother me whatsoever. But now I’ve seen his look and it’s the only time I’ve seen it. So I said “do you have a number for a manger?” He said “they come in at 7am.” Fair enough. I’ve had little incident with this location aside from the indifference of 1 staff member. The other guy that is part time graveyard is actually pretty nice, but I don’t often see him. Needless to say I’ll go out of my way to make my purchases elsewhere. I used to buy a lot at this location, I’ll make efforts to hit the Circle K before work instead.
