Pretty much all of the loaf n jugs have gone really downhill after Kroger sold them. Pumps are in poor shape and either don't take loyalty cards at all or don't give you any rewards beyond the standard $0.03, if they even work at all. Frequently no fluid in squeegee for windshields. When it is full, it smells like sewage. Stores are getting run down. 2 brand new large gas stations going in a few blocks away, I'll likely be switching to them ASAP and won't miss these dilapidated stores and rolling dice on whether pump card readers will work or not.

I had terrible experience today, an associate did not have good customer service at all. Her name was Jessica and she acted angry and showed it as well. And same with associate that was working with her. I won't go back to that Loaf n Jug again.

I came to gas and the young lady working was quite rude and short with me...Eowyn did NOT let me put in my phone number in order to redeem my gas plints and she knew exactly what I was doing...i told her you didnt let me put my number in and she said yeah well your welcome in a very rude rushed tone...i found this highly disrespectful and down right rude...we were the only two in the store and the parking lot was empty....maybe this is why they had no business at the time...due to people working with that kind of attitude who would want to do business there...the worked is rude and tough enough as it is...i do NOT do business with places like this for that reason: I do NOT need the added attitude or harshness in my life so I will NOT be returning there anytime Soon!
