Just needed some fuel. Pay at the pump kept taking our debit card and cancelling our transaction before we could even get gas. That happened a few times. So my hubby went in to talk to the cashier. She wanted to know how much gas we needed. Who knows that? We are going to fill it up. Whatever that takes??♀️. We’re on vacay. He then asked if he could leave them 150 cash to turn on the pump and then go back inside to pay with the card and get back his cash in full. They said no. We have to pay cash or couldn’t get fuel. So our Pops was traveling with us with his own rig, he couldn’t get his card too and had the same issue. So he went in gave them 100 cash and pumped in 40 something into one of his tanks. Then the pump shut off. He was going to fill the other tank. So he went back in since the pump wouldn’t come back on. They refunded what he didn’t spend. But he chose not to fill his other tank because he would have to run back and forth etc. needless to say we both ended up just pumping all of our fuel and half of his out of our drag up tanks! Such a ridiculous hassle. Don’t recommend and we won’t use them again. We will stick with Casey’s and Kum-n-Go!!!

It's on my way home. A quick place to pop in and grab something without the drive I wish they had a better fountain beverage service. No matter which location, it's always broken and poorly maintained. Loves sets the standard for beverage service

I went for gas and a few drinks I buy at least twice a week. Since I've had my back surgery I use a cane. The nice man already knows what I go in for so holds the door open for me and has my items ready for me and also carries them out to my vehicle for me. Not sure of his name but has a mustache he curles. So grateful for him.

So done with this chain. It's bad enough they lock their customers out after a certain time, but tonight the doors were locked at 7:20pm. No reason given. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. I had to stand in the cold while I waited for the clerk to shop for me. It's absurd. The lack of basic customer service skills reflects poor management.

As a man with disabilities I call the store for assistance as the sign on the gas pumps direct you to do. I am unable to walk and am very grateful to be able to use this sevice.However today I called for assistance as I always do(July 30) and the clerk said she couldn't help me because I was paying with cash??????? She said if I was paying with cash I would have to bring it in myself...REALLY???

This used to be a clean place to stop for gas and use restroom but anymore the restroom might be closed and if it is open it is filthy. I am choosing to no longer stop at this facility.
